The perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and amenities. Staff was always pleasant and ready to help. Carpet needs replaced, but everything else was clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Overall this was good for a short stay for a couple. Great views! Bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet. Floors were somewhat dated and didn't appear clean. Great location for foo and entertainment.

My husband & I stayed in one of the top floor units. Beautiful view of the gulf on one side & the bay on the other. The unit was clean.

Good location, nice pool

It was nice having the amenities of a front desk. Usually we stay at condos without that. The pool was nice, view was great and the elevators worked like a charm! Overall a good experience!

I really enjoy our stay. Hit some awesome eating spots. Perch, Hazel Nook, Foodcraft and Lauries was in walking distance. Get vide on all restaurants. We was on the 17 floor. Very peaceful which is what we needed.

Nice room with beautiful view

Nice room -had everything we needed. Ice maker didn’t work and they came about 5 minutes after we called and fixed it. Someone was always available, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely go back!

Family vacation july 2023

We always take a family trip the second week of July. I come across this place or VRBO. We had a excellent time loved the place and very much so enjoyed our view. Top floor with only one other room was definitely a nice surprise. Very quiet and beautiful. Only thing i would change is maybe mattress topper on the bed. Its a little to stiff for me but not a super big deal.

Beautiful view!! Nice amenities. Could use a few more storage areas. Tv dish box broken and we had to track down repairman. Several outlets did not work. New bedroom spread needed. Need two more elevators to serve building!

Very Overrated

Just a quick weekend girls trip. Only 1 parking pass for the lot was our first disappointment. Toilet stopped up night one, called maintenance to receive a plunger at the front door. Mold growing in the air vents, Ice maker did not work but since only staying 2 nights we did not bother to get fixed. Great view and location but the rooms could be cleaner and more organized furniture lay out.

Room for improvement

Room was on top floor and it was dirty, light bulbs didn’t work, kitchen appliances looked rusted and broken on the outside. Elevators were beyond slow. Rental company with chairs took up all the room on the beach had to sit 3 rows back from the beach with small children. VRBO said check in was at 3. When we got there they told us the o line system was not correct and it would be 5pm. We would have planned our trip down more accordingly if that info was given correctly.

Disappointed

Well I had booked a room at a different location and was called the day before check in and told there was an incident and room wouldn’t be ready for 3 days and everything else in that property was booked they did offer a refund but with it being the day before I was already scheduled to take off work and leave mid day at that a refund wasn’t an option and then I was told they had another property with a condo available but wasn’t given pictures or place or anything get there and it was definitely a downgrade when something happens feel like if anything you should give a upgrade or a partial refund anyways the place stunk smelt like somebody had a cat that lived there everything in the place was outdated and there wasn’t even an elevator so my pregnant wife had to go up and down the stairs and then the view was of another building couldn’t see the beach from our balcony that had no patio furniture I’m very disappointed in my stay and won’t ever go through property manager again

We went during Spring Break. With the no alcohol on the beach law, gulf shores was calm and clean. We stayed on the 17th floor which gave us a phenomenal view of the gulf as well as the bay on the other side. The place was small for all 6 of us, but all the beds (including the fold out sofa) were comfortable and clean. The bunks seemed short, but my teen boys didn’t have a problem with them. All the mattresses looked to be brand new along with all the pot & pans, dishes. I loved that they cleaned up for us every day— swept the floor and emptied the garbage. We had a corner balcony which gave us more space, which was nice. The staff were very nice and spoke to us every time we saw them. The only hiccup for us was the morning we left the elevators were down. We had to carry our luggage and coolers down 17 flights.

Good with a few downfalls

Over all not a bad place. The biggest downfall..... Went with a condo to be able to have a full kitchen only for fridge to not work. Maintenance made excuses instead of actually fixing it. Ended up throwing all our groceries away because they spoiled. Next time we will look for a different facility to rent from.
