Nous vous remercions de vising notre Royale Palms # 904 unité à Gulf Shores. Nous possédons et gérons tous nos condos et aimons aider nos clients à vivre une merveilleuse expérience de vacances à la plage.

Cette unité est une unité Gulf Front direct et est situé au neuviÚme étage. Il est une unité / 2BA 1BR avec des lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit. Nous avons récemment mis à jour l'unité avec de nouveaux meubles, y compris de nouveaux surmatelas king size, de nouveaux meubles / fauteuil dans le salon et les comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien entretenu. Le balcon est équipé d'une table et quatre chaises ainsi que d'une chaise longue. Royal Palms est situé à cÎté de la State Park du Golfe et à une courte distance à pied de la jetée.

Nous posséder et exploiter plusieurs propriétés et ont un grand nombre de clients de répétition et d'aiguillage. Cela explique principalement notre attention au détail et le soutien à la clientÚle que nous offrons à nos clients. Nous avons un grand nettoyage et l'équipe d'entretien qui assureront un agréable séjour à l'un de nos unités.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice enough. The view from the balcony was good, and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having 2 bathrooms to use. We used both pools every day, and there were never a lot of people in them. The hot tub was nice and hot. I will say the outdoor pool was very cold, but it made the indoor pool feel nice and warm.

Nice and quiet, great views from balcony (9th floor), beautiful beach with a non-stop, wild dolphin show, clean condo, close to about everything you'd need, right next to Gulf Shores State Park pier (easy walking distance), good communication with host. Will definitly use again when I return.Very fairly priced too.

Super comfy, clean, great communication!

Clean, easy check in out. Loved that Jason was easy to communicate with they also provided recommendations, extra clean pillows, blankets. Your basic kitchen supplies beach chairs & toys. Clean washing machine, dryer, fridge tub was clean toilets clean etc. Had a really great stay. Bed was comfy too! Pull out couch was clean n not bad to sleep on either. Fun days. Pool was maintained daily. Great for our family trip.

Quick unexpected spring break trip

We had the absolute best time staying in Royal Palms! Check in was quick and easy. The condo is located right on the beach, with an indoor pool and hot tub for rainy days. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect weather and condo!

This was a last minute trip we booked. Jason was very accommodating. Royal Palms is the last building before Gulf Shores State Park so it is a very quiet area and short walk to pier. Nice, clean condo with a full kitchen with anything you need to cook in the condo. Lots of restaurants within a mile. We walked to eat almost every evening. Lots of parking and fast elevators. Beautiful sunsets and perfect weather for 2 weeks.

Amazing Getaway!

This condo is perfect for if you just need a place to sleep and get ready for dinner! Because of where it is located on the beach it is not crowded and made for a very relaxing trip. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a rental. Jason is very responsive and provides excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future.

Loved the Location

Property is clean bed is comfortable. The view is amazing and a short walk to the Gulf State Pier. It is the last condo before the pier and the beach was not over crowded. Jason was fantastic and the communication was top notch. We didnt have to wait for elevators and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will book again with Jason.

Best stay ever!!!

Jason was an amazing host! We couldn't have asked for a better one!! We've stayed at the beach several times and by far this has been the best. Normally you don't even see or speak to the person at the other end, they just collect there money, send emails and there done. The room and view was amazing also. If your looking to book a beach vacation stay with Jason at one of his property's . Thanks again Jason!!

PERFECT

This condo was in a perfect location away from big crowds. Small building so I never waited on the elevator and parking was easy and secure on the property. Master bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything that is needed, balcony furniture is comfortable, and the tv had much more channels than most condos. I will be renting this unit again.

Ocean front relaxing week.

We stayed in this condo for a week in June. It was a great week for me and my husband. Conda was clean had everything we needed and had a fabulous view. Did see some dolphins from the balcony very cool.

Great Location,Love Royal palms

We have stayed at Royal Palms before and it’s been good. But this trip was by far the best yet. The owner of 904 is AWESOME! He is easy to get intouch with. The communicate is great as well, and plans ahead on a few things which is cool. He is helpful with informing you with something’s around the complex that aren’t listed. My main reason for booking here is because it’s on the less crowded end and by the state park and the pier. We LOVE IT Definitely booking again on my next trips to come.

Great condo and property managers

Love the condo being the only one on the beach until the pier. Condo was clean and love the keyless entry. The manager, Jason, was great. I didn't think I received my email the week before we left with all our information with the codes so I emailed Jason. Even though he was out of state and was returning to Alabama the next day, he got back to me right away and let me know he did send it (which he did and it showed opened) Point being he was out of state and still took care of me. Now that's service. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the hot tub. All were clean and the indoor pool was refreshing after a hot day down at the beach. If you're considering coming to Gulf Shores, be sure and check out this property and the others that Jason and Sonia manage. Although I've only stayed at this one, I am pretty sure I would give the other properties a 5 star rating also.

Wonderful Location!

A wonderful place to relax on the beach! The teenagers were able to walk to all kinds of shops and for ice cream. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beachfront location was perfect!!

We really like the location of Royal Palms. It is located next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
