Relaxing visit

I stayed for all of February as my first semi retired snow bird visit. This was a nice unit and didn’t disappoint. Glad I switched to this location vs down the street a few blocks. Easy beach access and east walk to near by places to eat.

50th birthday getaway

The location of this property can’t be beat! You are right on the water. Take the elevator down straight to the sand. The only thing I would recommend is keep in mind this is a hotel style place. There was no washer/dryer. So be prepared for that. There is a security guard on site that walks around so you are safe. Also get the pizza from across the street if you like thin crust. It was delicious!

Stay there

Stay there was awful. TV did not work the tv controller had low batteries the door go out on the balcony was not handicapped accessible. It had the high piece couldn't even get out on the balcony to see the beach. Manger was not friendly. I will not be staying there anymore.

We are disappointed to learn that your stay was not as expected. New batteries should have fixed the issue and given to you by the front desk. I will forward your comments to the rental manager there.

Okay

The unit was not very clean when we arrived. We found a used wash cloth on top of the shower rod, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a left over pizza in the oven. Also, we only had one wash cloth upon arrival. There weren’t any sheets or extra pillows for the pull out sofa. After requesting both, we were only able to get some sheets, but no pillows.

Not Bad. Not Great

Upon arrival, the property was not ready. I was not upset as I understood that it was a holiday weekend. The check-in representative did her best to expedite but we still lost about an hour and half of the day just waiting. The property was clean but lacked what most other properties have as standard issue. Examples would be sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Additional small things like an ice tray, dish detergent and working TV in the bedroom. Again, beach was nice and made up for shortcomings. That said I’d rather pay a few extra buck a night and get things I don’t have to call and request.

Good for price.

More storage needed in bathroom and bedroom and coffeemaker leaked but view was great. Add was for washer/dryer that was assumed to be in room but it wasn’t.

Quick "Before School"Trip

We took a quick trip before the busy school year began. I am so glad we chose this property. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I especially liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We love the beach and couldn't have asked for a better location. The rental was spacious and comfortable. The balcony with table and chairs was an added bonus. Next time we will ask for a higher floor, if only to get an even better view. The only suggestion I have is to have your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach for your guests. Another added plus was being able to wake up before my daughter and take my coffee down to the water!! Loved it!!!
