This home is located directly on the Egans Greenway Path. Perfect central location to enjoy all Amelia Island has to offer all summer long. A .5mi walk along Egans Greenway to the beach; just pop out the back gate and you're on the path! 2mi bike ride to downtown for great restaurants and live music.

Comfortable, stylish coastal living at its finest! Premium furniture, luxury linens and a fully stocked kitchen, including a wine fridge in the pantry! This is a personal vacation home and has been furnished and outfitted to suit our taste for the finer things.

The living room is spacious with a sectional that comfortably seats 6, and an 85" Samsung TV. There is also a 70" Samsung TV in the master bedroom with 2 recliner chairs for relaxing.

A modular game room/dining area, so you get just as much out of staying in as you do going out!

Work from home? No problem! Strong wifi, Mac monitor and a private workspace that is separate from the open living space of the home.

There is a small bonus den with a 50" TV and full-size sleeper sofa, plus an extra mattress topper for it to add comfort.

Relax outdoors bug-free on the private, screened porch with a ceiling fan to keep it cool.
