* Guest support is available via chat during your stay.
* One pet under 25 pounds is welcome upon request with a $50 pet fee.
* Free parking is available onsite via 2 large driveways behind the property. Street parking is NOT allowed.
* A preauthorized hold of $100 per suite is required for incidentals. This hold will take effect 3 days before checkout and will expire after 7 days if no damages are found.

* There is no lock preventing access to the hot tub. Children, pets, and vulnerable adults should be supervised when around this area.
