The house was perfect for my family. Very close to everything in town and in a quiet neighborhood well stocked with everything. Beds were comfortable and the toy room upstairs was very inviting to my three grandsons

The house was super cute and clean! The host was easy to get ahold of for questions and had extra things for us to see such as, brochures and menus for local restaurants! The kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Stayed here 2 years ago when we rode the Hiawatha trail. Grand kids wanted to come back just to stay at the Taber house again (but we did ride the Hiawatha trail again, and hiked the Pulaski Tunnel trail, and toured Wallace and the Silver mine)…

We love return guests, yes Tabor House is a great place to stay and enjoy all that Wallace, and the Silver Valley has to offer. We are family, pet and kid friendly with the kids having their own space in the attic area.

Comfortable and quirky, this is not a sterile tract house in suburbia. It was very comfortable with lots of extra items provided for our convenience. We walked to great restaurants and spent each day in the mountains surrounding Wallace. Scotty was extremely responsive to any questions. Lots of space in the house for different activities and groups.

Pet friendly home with a fenced in space in the back. The living room space was cozy for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with all the seasonings, pots/pans, etc. well stocked coffee bar. The bonus for me was the TVs with Rokus in each room.

Beautiful home in Wallace

Lovely Victorian style home in downtown Wallace. We really enjoyed our stay. If you have younger children, definitely rent the attic, our 10 year olds had a blast having their own attic retreat.

Quaint Historic Home.

This beautiful home is well furnished and readily stocked with all of the supplies you need to make you feel right at home. Its also perfectly located for your cycling trip and to all of the downtown restaurants and shops.

We loved the Tabor house. Comfortable and clean, we highly recommend this property!

Grandparents(us) on the main floor, our adult children on second, grandkids on third floor, perfect! Loved the history, front porch and proximity to everything in town. Rode the Hiawatha, Coeur d'Alene trail and everywhere in town. Beautiful stay!

We are so pleased that you enjoyed our home. One of the goals that we had was to create a living space that works for everyone, including those guests who have children travelling with them. The home is large enough that everyone has space to enjoy themselves and of course, we also accept pets. The residence is well located so that you can experience Wallace and the surrounding area. The front porch is one of the key features that allows you to kick back, relax and enjoy your favorite beverage.

A great home base for adventures in and around Wallace.

We stayed here two years ago and liked it so much we came back again. A beautiful historic jewel. Large kitchen, large dining room, large front porch. So many good things, well kept, walking or bicycling distance to everything in Wallace proper.
