This stunning luxury villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms while allowing up to 22 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends, and corporate retreats.

​​​​​​​What is life like at Casa Brooks? This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa is both spacious and inclusive, from the moment you step foot in the house, you feel like royalty. As you walk through the immense double-door entryway, you are greeted by an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Along with the villa's 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless. The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accommodate large gatherings. A beautiful pool lies just outside the living room making it effortless to go from indoor living to outdoor activities.

Casa Brooks outdoor area also boasts a large fire pit with seating for at least 16 people.
