Very helpful and attentive staff. The team stateside was helpful in booking restock items and the chef for dinner. I would recommend using uber once there to have food and other necessities sent, it will save a lot.

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect location! We had 18 adults celebrating a 40th birthday. The chef and entire house staff were wonderful!

Casa Theodore was as beautiful as it was advertised! The views were spectacular!We really enjoyed hanging out on the pool deck with our family. The combination hot tub/pool was perfect for everyone's choices. Each room has an ocean view and their own bathroom. We enjoyed walking to Pedregal beach almost every day. Michael was very responsive and handled our requests well. We were greeted by the staff and they were very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay.

We came for a birthday party, and everything was amazing!! The house was PERFECT!! The staff was amazing; we always had everything we needed. We had the chef come one day for lunch and the tacos were so good! Everyone loved them!! We also had a bartender one afternoon, and he was great as well!! Everyone made our trip so smooth and easy - all we had to do was relax and have fun!! House, staff, security, etc…it was all so much better than we could have imagined!!! We would definitely come back again!!

My crew and I had an exceptional time at Casa Theodore. The staff was incredibly attentive, we ate most all of our meals at the house and the food was exceptional, and the management of the house made things really easy to deal with leading up to the trip. I'd highly recommend for large group gatherings that you go through Casa Theodore. Not not only was the food and service top notch, but the house is impeccable and the views were incredible. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing time. I hope we can find a time to come back soon!

Our group of 16 had a fantastic time at Casa Theodore. The house was exactly as advertised, and frankly, even more beautiful than expected. The view from the outdoor deck was out of this world. The staff was excellent - around just enough to help with anything we needed - but not overbearing in any way. The rooms were all very nice, spacious, and clean. The house had plenty of supplies for a short trip, and Rodolfo (the concierge) even brought us a coffee maker when we requested it. Working with Michael and Rachel was great throughout the booking and pre-arrival process. They answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We don't just want to go back - we WILL be back!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was exceptional and helping coordinate everything prior to our stay and then during our stay the on-site staff was fabulous! The property is a short drive to downtown and the views were spectacular, would definitely return.

Beautiful House, lots of space, Fantastic location and View

The house was wonderful and the location was safe and secure. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view and deck were amazing. We had a great time and the property manager Rachel had wonderful communication and even checked in on us after a day to see if we needed anything. The house was well stocked with the basics and we had everything we needed.

Amazing location and service

Had an incredible time at this all inclusive property. The house is huge and was able to accommodate our large party, with enough beds for everyone and fantastic views and pool. The service was all star, concierges available to us all day and could get us everything from food and drinks delivered, to car transportation. We had chefs come in that was booked through the property as well that were amazing. This will be our go to place in Cabo when we go back

Perfect place to have 8 couples celebrate my 50th bday!! The staff were AMAZING and so helpful, anything we needed, they helped out! Coordinating all the logistics iwth Rachel was easy. The location and views were out of this world! Would 100% stay here again!! This place holds a special place for me.
