Charming 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi and AC in wonderful Vaudreuil-Dorion

Our home is perfect for professionals or small families/groups as well as long term stays!

Our newly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, family friendly area. We are close to the water and highways 20 & 40. You have access to high speed wifi, the comfortable living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, balcony, laundry & 2 bedrooms. We've ensured you're all set for your next work trip by equipping each bedroom with a laptop friendly workspace (monitor, desk & chair).

The space
This second floor apartment in a multiplex requires use of stairs to gain entry. The one-level interior is bright and inviting - plenty of windows letting in natural light. Each bedroom and common area has individual climate controlled heating. Washer & dryer are available. Linens and amenities are included such as towels, sheets, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. Hi-Speed Wifi is available.

Outside: You will have full access to a private balcony attached to the apartment.

Kitchen
The brand new, bright, spacious, open-concept kitchen with new quartz countertops boasts a large island with tons of countertop space. The kitchen also offers ALL new appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave & is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, pots & pans. A kettle, a coffee maker, coffee powder, and a variety of teas with all the fixings are provided. Trash bags and dishwasher detergent pods are located under the sink. An air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, and toaster are also available for you to cook your next gourmet dinner.

The kitchen island also features four barstool style seats for added seating and convenience. The dimmable island pendant lights add warmth and character into the space.

Living Room
Warm and cozy with a pop-up sofa bed and a 70” Roku TV (w/ Netflix, Disney+). The large windows soak the room with plenty of natural light. The TV is large enough that it can be viewed from anywhere in the dining room and kitchen as well.

Dining Room
With a large dining table with seating for 6, this is a bright room to eat and socialize in while you watch the 70” TV in the living room as a result of the open concept design of the common space.

Master Bedroom
The convenient, "firm" comfort level double bed invites you to jump in and get some much needed R&R after a long day of work/activities. A large, fully operational electronic standing desk with a 34" curved screen monitor (with USB-C and HDMI connectivity) on an adjustable monitor arm allows you to work efficiently and ergonomically. The windows in the room also provide plenty of natural light throughout the daytime. The walk in closet affords ample space to hang your clothes or store them in the drawers. You also have the use of an ironing board and iron mounted on the side wall of this closet.

Guest Bedroom
This room has a "firm" comfort level double bed, a spacious closet as well as a desk that gives you a place to work or write a letter :) There is a 27" IPS LED monitor here with an HDMI cable to connect your work/personal computer for added screen space.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom featuring a brand new quartz countertop has a large storage cabinet to store your essentials and toiletries. The glass sliding bathtub doors ensure the space is bright and effectively lit. With dimmable lights, the bathtub can be used to spend a relaxing evening soaking in a bath. It doubles as a shower as well if you'd like a quick wash.

Laundry Closet
All new washer and dryer is all yours to use. Detergent is included.

Connectivity
We know being connected during your stay is important - whether for work, entertainment, or connection with family and friends. To that end, we have reliable and unlimited high-speed internet with speeds up to 400 mbps download and 50 mbps upload.

Other Things To Note
- No excess noise past 10pm. Guests will be asked to leave and their reservations will be cancelled.
- No smoking and no parties. Guests will be asked to leave and their reservations will be cancelled.
- We attempt to accommodate earlier check-ins and later check-outs when possible. Please let us know of these possible arrangements well in advance and we can try to accommodate free of charge!
- If misinformed about amount of guests, a charge of $50 per head will be issued. Please be honest in the amount of guests staying at the unit - this allows us to properly prepare the apartment and saves us from liability issues!

Please note, by booking a stay, we are not responsible or liable for any injuries incurred by any renter or any person invited by or associated with the renter while in the apartment/building. Occupants of this property enter at their own risk. We will not be held liable for any injuries which occur on this property during any rental period.

Guest access
- 2 parking spaces at the back of the building (the 2 spots to the far right of the lot) just steps away from the front door!
- No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using the August Home app, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The keypad is located to the left of the door and to the right of the mailbox.

- Please note we take a detailed inventory of all items in our home after each stay.
- Please don't sign out of any accounts on the Roku TV or make any purchases on there.
