In the summer, explore miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, discover hidden swimming spots, and marvel at cascading waterfalls like the renowned Step Falls Preserve, where you can hike, swim in natural pools, and picnic with stunning mountain views.
The house sits on 10 acres of property and has access to the Bear River, with a small beach. The river winds through the area, providing tranquil settings for fishing and relaxing by the water. Step Falls is a quarter of a mile away, great hiking and swimming! Grafton Notch State Park is 2 miles away. Lake Umbagog is a beautiful 24 mile drive through the mountains (use our kayaks!).
