Anniversary trip

Our trip was great! The only small problems we had was the bed mattress was soft for us and the television was not used, although we tried, because there were lines unplugged and we could not get them to work!

Impressive view! Very convenient location!!

Will be back next year! The corner balcony had a perfect view of the beach and we had a great view of the “hangout”. there were live bands playing at the hangout and we could see and hear them clearly!

Great Location

Had a great stay at this location. Right in the middle of everything. The unit had everything we needed. Only issues were with the elevators being in and out of service but was managable. Would recommend to friends and family!

Cozy Place

Very convenient to everything. Cute and cozy room, loved the views. The pool isn’t that great. No hot tub, but they do have a kiddie pool separated from the bigger pool area. The beach access was great, no stairs or long ramps. Walking trails and play area for kids near by.

Great stay! Not so friendly service.

Our stay was great! Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! Perfect beaches perfect area! We were disappointed in the checkin process. Initially when we got there to check in we were told that we could not check in at all. We had to call Vrbo to have that taken care of. The lady at the desk was rude and refused to help, because we interrupted her television show. After we checked in we were told we would be notified when our room was clean and ready. We were never notified by the front desk. We went back to the office at 330 and were told that our room had been clean since 10am. We were very unhappy with the way that particular employee treated us. Everyone else was perfectly fine. Will stay again, just hope not to encounter her again.

Horrible elevator situation

The room itself was ok, but needs some updating. I will not stay at this hotel again due to the strange abundance of housekeeping staff that NEVER came into our room and the lack of a decent elevator. I am not sure if one of the two elevators was just broken or if the housekeeping loiterers were just keeping it tied up. The wait for an elevator was much too long and when you did get in, it may or may not take you all the way to your floor! Don’t waste your vacation time in this hotel. The pool also leaves much to be desired.

Great view, great amenities

Beautiful view, steps from the beach and attractions, only thing keeping it from a five star is the fridge didnt keep things very cold. Wifi also wasnt great but that didnt bother me at all as I was here for play and not business

Wonderful Vacation!!

I have stayed at the Pheonix All Suites in the past but the unit with a corner balcony was fabulous. We could watch the band at the Hangout without even having to go down or we could walk the very short distance for a visit. All the shops are within walking distance and we loved the convenient location. We will definitely be renting this unit again!! The only inconvenience was we had two vehicles because my sister drove from Arkansas and only got one parking pass.
