After living in several countries around Asia for business, I fell in love with Thailand and decided to make it my permanent retirement home. No other country in Asia has the most to offer in terms of lifestyle, a low cost-of-living, warm weather, exotic food, friendly people and beautiful beaches.
Not surprisingly, I also fell in love with a wonderful Thai woman from the south of Thailand. Together, my wife Thip and I settled in Nakhon Si Thammarat city, about an hour south of Khanom Beach. Together, we have a four-year-old son named, Shane.
My wife and I love Khanom Beach for it’s beautiful clean beaches and the slow pace offered by this undiscovered beach town. We enjoy hosting guests from around the world at our condo at Khanom Beach Residence and love reading their wonderful reviews.

Actual comment from previous guest: "Superb apartment very nicely decorated. The kitchen equipment is super complete from the small spoon to the microwave and going through the ceramic hob, toaster, kettle etc. … The bedding is more than comfortable and the shower rooms and toilets are very design and easy to maintain. Gigantic TV in the living room that makes you think that you are at the cinema with DVD player and HIFI speakers. A very large balcony with sea view completes the undeniable charm of the place. We will come back!"

Or, sit on the pristine beach in front of the condo and catch sight of the pink dolphins playing in the clean Gulf of Thailand.
