Absolutely stunning view! Exactly what we needed for our stay. Place was clean and everything was easy access. Definitely would stay here again!

The lady at check in was GREAT!!! I can’t remember her name but she was from Texas. Very kind!! Our room was just like the pictures and was perfect for our quick trip!!

Everything was great except the sofa bed was broken. We travel a lot and this was a great place to stay. One of the best we have been in.

Girls get away

Perfect room for a small family of 4 to 6. I loved having the room service daily with fresh towels as needed. Great location was perfect for our little girls trip away to rest and relax..

Overall wonderful!

My wife and seven year old son stayed here for the second year in a row last week and it was great! Great location, nice staff, daily housekeeping no matter the length of your stay, and very accommodating sleeping arrangements! The only issue we had was waiting for elevators but that was it!

Beach break

Perfect location right on the beach and easy walk to restaurants. Building is older and under renovation. Unit is small but fine for a couple.

Location was perfect!

This unit was small but had plenty of room for myself and four friends for a long weekend getaway. The view from the balcony was beautiful & the location was absolutely perfect! Once we arrived we never had to drive anywhere due to everything we needed being within walking distance of restaurants, gift shops, Dollar General & miniature golf. Much fun was had by all.

Great location

Location was great for walking to everything. Condo was ok. Very basic with small bathrooms. But view and location made up for it. Also swimming pool is narrow. But I would stay again

We rented for one night as we got to town a day early for our other condo rental. Check in was great, rental company was great, location was great, everything worked great for us except the shower/bathtub could use a really good cleaning.

Room was as advertised

The room was just as advertised, no extra frills. The downside to this place is that it only comes with ONE parking space, with no option to purchase another one. The “off- site parking” is 3 miles away- 12 minutes. That does not affect this room, but did add a little inconvenience. The place is ran like a hotel, clean towels brought daily. There is not a washer/dryer in the room.

As expected, a bit worn

It is right on the beach and for the most part the listing is accurate. The pullout sofa bed is a wreck. The back is broken and the front isn’t supported. It’s definitely not safe. Note that as of February 2023, parking is limited because of painting on site, but you can use the lot next door. Other than that, this looks like the online listing.

Mini Vacation

The stay was great. A few concerns that we had were the elevators. Due to their availability, it slowed down our check out process. Also, there weren't enough carts which required more elevator visits. The condo was fine. The bathtub drains slowly and needs to be checked. The sofa couch is still not fixed. After reading reviews and acknowledgments from the property manager, I was under the impression it had been fixed. It wasn't, unfortunately. However, overall the stay was great!

Broken beds

When we checked in the pull out couches in both room we rented we broken. My kids had to sleep on the floor. The third day they were able to move our rooms. We were told they would refund 2 nights on one room & one nights on the other for a Total of three nights refunded. When I checked out they decided not to refund only give us 20% off. This is unacceptable!!

No notice about Hangout Festival

This is a great property unfortunately nothing was mentioned that the second largest stage at Hangout Music Festival was being built on the beach in front of the property. So there wasn’t any beach access at all nearby. Equipment, trucks and a crane were our view.Trying to call the customer service number at Brett Robinson was of no help. The call would just disconnect. Luckily the front desk clerk who was wore out from all the complaints, gave me different numbers to call. I was able to speak to Tracy who did a GREAT job & got us moved to another building.

All suites HOTEL

More like hotel than condo...bedroom so small only had 1 nite stand and the dresser was in the tiny closet...listing said coffeemaker furnished but first morning (Saturday)could not locate one and reported to front desk and was told they could not get one on the weekend(?????) so I went Walmart and got one for $10...never did get one from the front desk after 8 nite stay...furniture & appliances need major upgrades...armrests on chair and sofa had no padding so your elbows sink into a piece of wood....no washer/dryer in unit which was disclosed but I had taken for granted there would be, never stayed in one that did not have....enjoyed balcony & views (8th fl)...close to Pink Pony and many other restaurants was a +....bed was large and very comfortable with plenty of pillows but hard to walk around as bedroom so small...hope this is informative...would not stay again

Awesome location

This would be the perfect place for a great time at the beach, if the elevators were better. We waited FOREVER every time! With that being said we had a great trip 😊
