EN SICILE, ENTRE LE MAJESTIC ET INNCANTEVOLE TAORMINA ETNA

Les chambres sont faites: une avec un lit double avec climatisation, TV, et l'autre avec 2 lits, ventilateur, télévision, mais vous pouvez ajouter un autre 2 lits dans la grande cuisine, car il ya un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes.

La cuisine est équipée avec tout le confort: réfrigérateur / congélateur, four, machine à expresso (ou si vous préférez moka et machine à café), four microonde.Nello même environnement peut aussi se connecter à Internet via un PC, tout va bien aussi pour ceux d'entre vous veulent toujours travailler.

La terrasse est peut-être l'environnement dans lequel ils préfèrent rester plus, que ce soit pour manger ou simplement se détendre autour d'un verre de vin de Sicile, avec le fond de l'Etna couvert de neige jusqu'au printemps, belle en été.

Sur la terrasse de tirer l'échelle, vous pouvez également profiter du soleil dans la plupart de l'année, sur des chaises, toujours sur la terrasse, il ya une buanderie avec la grille de séchage ci-joint ..


L'appartement est situé près de l'autoroute, donc facile pour s'éloigner de la circulation chaotique d'une offre zone touristique, mais, comme une bonne position pour atteindre le centre de Naxos, la mer et à pied (10 minutes à pied).
La plage de Giardini Naxos est la plus longue plage dans la région de Taormina.
Beach se caractérise par des étendues de plage de sable fin, étendues de sable avec de plus grandes à la rocheux. Tous idéal pour une baignade, il suffit de cliquer!
La plage de Giardini Naxos est divisé en plages et stations balnéaires avec de nombreux services.

Pas de problème pour garer la voiture, vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue (visible depuis la terrasse), ou à quelques mètres, il ya des frais de stationnement surveillé.

Lovely family friendly rental.

A great location for site seeing, well equipped apartment. More than enough space for the four of us with a lovely balcony. It is a true taste of sicily, friendly owners, no issues with our noisy young boys. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes and it is right next to motorway so easy to find.i really loved the feel of this place, was like having all the home comforts whilst on holiday. Even fresh picked fruit awaited us. It made a first trip back to sicily with my children much easier.

Lovely Apartment & Lovely Owners

This was our first time to Sicily. We stayed 4 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment in October 2013. The lovely apartment is very well furnished, clean and neat. It has a pc, so one does not need a laptop, and has wifi. There is hoist in the stairwell so that we did not have to carry our bags up or down the stairs. The owners, Tiziana and John, are amazing and lovely people, they are extremely helpful, caring, going out of their way to make sure our needs were taken care of. The first day we got lost and could not find the building, ended up at a petrol station. Called John and he came immediately on his scooter to lead us to the apartment. John gave us valuable tips on places around. This is a good base to explore the eastern part of Sicily. We had a car and the location was really convenient. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We would love to stay again should we return to Sicily and certainly will recommend it to our relatives and friends who plan to visit Sicily.

A lovely apartment with lovely owners

There is hoist in the stairwell so that we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs. Beautiful Apt - Authentic Sicily

We stayed here for 10 nights in October. It is a beautiful 2 bed apartment, with the ability to sleep up to 8 I would say. It is in a really authentic Sicilian neighbourhood, with a butchers/Grocers just around the corner. The beach is 10 minutes walk away. The owner was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. Really hope to return some day. All amenities you should require are there and the WiFi is very helpful aswell. Thank you , J+E+G

Giardini Naxos è bellissima, la location molto bella, curatissima, pulitissima, e la Sig.ra Tiziana è tra le persone più gentili e cordiali che io abbia mai conosciuto, disponibilità ai massimi livelli. Il servizio è ottimo. Sicuramente se tornerò in Sicilia andrò sempre li...

Casa molto bella e proprietaria gentilissima

Casa davvero bella, con wifi e addirittura computer a disposizione, tv di qualità in tutte le stanze. L'appartamento che ci è stato dato era una mansarda molto grande con terrazzo dove abbiamo mangiato tutti i giorni. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentili, ci sono venuti a prendere alla fermata dell'autobus e ci hanno anche accompagnato a fare la spesa. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e la signora Tiziana originaria di Castelmola ci ha portato al suo paese per visitarlo, intanto che faceva le sue commissioni. Alla partenza ci ha accompagnato alla fermata dell'autobus. Siamo ripartiti soddisfatti, consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare presso questa struttura se desiderate visitare i Giardini di Naxos, in 10 min si è in spiaggia o alla fermata del bus per andare a Taormina.

ottima casa vacanze

Ci siamo trovati benissimo,,,,l'appartamento è pulito e confortevole, dotato persino di macchina per il caffè e computer. Dal balcone si possono vedere l'Etna e Taormina. I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili.Il lungomare di Giardini è raggiungibile a piedi.

At home in Sicily - Ein Heim in der Fremde

Our one-week-stay was very pleasent. Tiziana and Giovanni are very nice hosts. The appartment was very clean and has everything you wish. The kitchen has every equipment you will need. Around the corner are two small supermarkets and a bakery. A short distance walk (10 minutes) brought us to the lungomare di Giardini to dine in the nice restaurants in the evening. The view from the harbour to Taormina at night ist extraordinary. Wir - mein Mann und ich und ein Freund - haben uns eine Woche wie zu Hause gefühlt in der Mansardenwohnung von Tiziana und Giovanni. Die Angaben im Inserat entsprechen voll und ganz der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Um die Ecke sind 2 kleine Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei. Parken kann man vor der Haustür. Wer hier unbedingt arbeiten muss - der PC-Bildschirm ist riesig und Internet und WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Appartment und die Küche sind wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Abends hat uns ein 10 minütiger Spaziergang an den lungomare und in den Hafen geführt. Hier gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants, die nicht zu teuer sind. Der Blick vom Hafen auf Taormina in der Nacht ist spektakulär. Auch vom Balkon kann man ihn genießen, hier hat man auch Blick auf den Ätna, der sich leider während unseres Aufenthaltes meist in Wolken hüllte. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir die Ostküste von der Straße von Messina bis Catania abgefahren und waren auch am Ätna wandern. Zu Tiziana und Giovanni kommen wir gerne wieder!!!

A nice place in Naxos

Although we weren't able to stay in the room originally booked, we had a very nice two-bedroom apartment. It was very clean, had a wrap-around terrace and all the modern conveniences, even a washing machine (!), which, unfortunately, we didn't need at that time. A pleasant surprise was a computer in the apt. The owners were extremely helpful, telling us where to shop and eat and park in Taoramina. The apartment's location right off the autostrada made it easy to find, even without a map! I recommend this apartment.

17-21 Sep 2011 Giardini Naxos

Excellent value for money. Easily accesible by public transport and easy to move around. We visited Taormina, Castelmola, Messina, Catania all by bus. At night we could go eat at lungomare di Giardini, there are a couple of good restaurants, ice cream shops and nice promenade for an evening walk. Owner was very helpfull in fact, she gave us directions and very good recomendations ! I would definitly go there another time! Thank you Tiziana

Soggiorno da sogno

"Tiziana and Giovanni are wonderful hosts. They make you feel right at home in their mansarda  appartment which has all the commodities you could hope for. So much so in fact that our boys commented that they could easily live in Sicily in the appartment which they loved. The appartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms but enough sleeping space for at least 7! The kitchen has all you need, cooking was a treat (we made a nice pennette con tonno alla rosea.) One of our favourite things was the terrace where we could lounge, sunbake, eat, relax and enjoy the spectacular views! Etna's eruption was a great treat for all of us especially the kids. If you're looking for an appartment with space to spare, a home atmosphere and warm and helpful owners, this is the place. Thank you Tiziana and Giovanni!"

Una famiglia veramente a modo e perbene, sia i genitori che i ragazzi......la famiglia che vorrei sempre avere come miei ospiti. Educati, silenziosi e molto puliti, oltre che simpatici. Joseph, poi, con in suo accento siculo/amercano era un'esplosione di simpatia. Sono stata contenta che abbiano vissuto lo spettacolo eruttivo dell'Etna l'ultima sera, porteranno per sempre un fantastico ricordo della Sicilia, sia loro che i ragazzi. Spero di riavervi presto tra noi, e grazie a voi di aver scelto la nostra casa per trascorrere le vostre vacanze siciliane.

"Prestation très satisfaisante

Location située dans un environnement de verdure très reposant.L'équipement de l'appartement est soigné et très complet.Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés au confort de leurs hôtes. Demander l'itinéraire pour trouver plus facilement la maison."
