Just renovated! Two-bedroom apartment in historic SE Portland home with private access, located in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife Clinton Street has to offer. 150 Feet to La Moule, Cafe Broder, Dots Cafe, Clinton Street Coffee House and several other restaurants and bars.

5 minute walk to the heart of division street as well!
The space
Just renovated! The space includes a living + dining + kitchen area complete with a dining room table + 4 chairs. There are two barstools at minibar on kitchen that opens to full living room. Two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds and big closets. Fresh bathroom with glass doored tile shower. Private laundry and many closets complete this home.

*Roll away cot available upon request for 5th guest, please let me know upon requesting booking*

Guest access

Guests will be provided with a unique access code upon check in. The neighborhood has ample, free street parking. It is also close to public transit, city bikes and e-scooters. Super walkable neighborhood.

Other things to note:
This is a first floor apartment. We live in a separate living space upstairs so you may hear us walking + talking occasionally.

The place is adorable and in an excellent area. It was close to a BUNCH of shops, restaurants, and other fun Portland things. SUPER walkable area. Cafe Broder across the street has great breakfast. The beds are comfy, the couch is relaxing, and it has everything you could possibly need. We WILL be back for sure!

Excellent location, wonderful host

We were so pleasantly surprised at the lovely area and the many places such as restaurants, coffee shops and specialty shops within easy walking distance from our unit which was very clean and comfortable with nice furnishings, appliances and amenities. We were also very impressed with our host who was friendly, attentive and informative. We will definitely stay there again. Simply a great find!

Great place to stay

The location could not have been more perfect for us. Lots of great restaurants/bars and grocery store easily walkable. Brendan's place is great too. Very comfortable with everything you could want: Lots of space, full kitchen, laundry, comfy living room to relax and two spacious bedrooms. Super quiet area. 110% would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We appreciated the full kitchen so that we could have breakfast before getting out and going. Beds were comfortable, as was the big couch in the living room. A little bit of noise from people walking around above, since it was a basement dwelling, but nothing too bad. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this property and plan to be back. It’s located conveniently near family and lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Very walkable and safe. The apartment was well insulated from sounds outside. Parking was easy. The decor and updates are nice and the bedrooms are very spacious and equipped with closets, hangers, and dressers (which for me is important). The apartment was clean. There are rugs that mostly cover a concrete floor so I recommend slippers for the spots that aren’t covered. Can be cold on the feet. The full kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishwasher. It does not have a garbage disposal so be careful when rinsing dishes. The convenience of a washer & dryer was definitely a bonus. I really appreciated that there were amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I had forgotten mine. And the host was so very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I highly recommend!

I grew up in Cleveland , Ohio but have been in Portland for over 10 years. I was drawn to all this beautiful state has to offer as an avid mountain biker, dirt biker, snow skier and water skier.

On weekends you can find me at the mountain, on the river or grabbing a beer with friends at one of our awesome breweries.

My wife Lea and I love sharing our home with visitors and look forward to hosting you!
