Each entrance of the three-story villas has 3 rooms for relaxation and sleep - each with its own bathroom and toilet. Spacious dining room with kitchen and living room.


On the first floor is a combined spacious dining room with a living room with sofa, fireplace, bathroom, toilet and kitchen (equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and everything you need).

The spacious living room is suitable for relaxation or gatherings with friends and family. It has Wi-fi internet & TV.

The second floor has 2 rooms - one room has one double and one single bed and one room with one double bed, private bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a wonderful view in each room.

The third floor has one spacious room - with 1 double bed and three single beds, two terraces with a wonderful view and chairs with a table.

It is located in a complex with three other villas, but its location makes it a great place to escape from everyday life. It is at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, in the village of Kosharitsa, which is 6 km from the beach of Sunny Beach.

The complex is located in a quiet and remote place from other complexes and villas and to get to it you drive about 4-5 minutes on a dirt road without asphalt.

The complex has a large, spacious yard of 3000 square meters, with a common pool, which is NOT open during the winter period.

The unique qualities of the area such as clean air, great nature, pleasant neighbors make you feel great.

The air here is extremely clean, due to our location between the mountain and the sea.

The villa is in a quiet and peaceful place, but due to the distance from other houses and complexes it may be windy. However, the villas are warm and pleasant.
