Relax in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in the exclusive Fairways at Mauna Lani Resort. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, private lanai with grill, and resort-style amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The primary suite features a king bed, private lanai outdoor seating and spa-like bath; the second bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite bath. Sofa bed is in the living room as well. ***Frequently Asked Questions*** WHO CAN STAY: -Guest booking must be 25+ -Can host up to 6 guests. -No pets allowed
PARKING: -Parking is available in marked parking spaces on a first come first serve basis. Follow parking rules Guests must register all type of vehicles that will be on the premises of the fairways. Guest parking permit can be obtained outside the HOA manager’s office. Place the bottom portion of pink slip in drop box and display the top portion on dashboard. Renters are limited to one vehicle and can park in any paved / marked (numbered) parking spots on first come first served policy. Parking In front of the respective house garage, unmarked paved, unpaved and landscaped areas is prohibited. Temporary loading and unloading In front of the house / garage are permitted only when the vehicle is attended. Any occupant who violates the parking regulations may have their vehicle towed at their risk and expense by HOA. Garage doors shall be kept closed when not entering or exiting from the garage. Small vehicles can fit in the garage if you decide to bring two vehicles.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: -Early check in / Late Check out is $100 depending on availability. Our cleaner needs adequate time to properly clean and disinfect each turn and therefore it is often difficult for us to make these accommodations but we will try our best if possible -Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $100/hour
SMOKING/DRUGS -Not allowed -Extra cleaning charge and air purification fee will be $500 if there is smoke in the house - No parties allowed
PESTS and BUGS -We subscribe to pest control through the HOA. -One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors wide open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior.
SECURITY CAMERA -We have a security camera facing front of house and outdoor Lanai. These cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time -We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring the camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors. -There are no cameras inside the house, or in any private areas.
REFUNDS -You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in.

Host was very patient with the many many questions I had. I never felt that I was a bother. The home was spacious and it was nice that we could all have our own space at times. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary supplies to cook and there were many spices in the cabinets. Everything was clean. Loved being able to use the access card to get into Mauna Lani.

This is a nicely decorated villa in a well located gated community near the Mauna Lani and Fairmont resorts. The rooms are spacious and all very clean. The owners have thought of almost everything you would need for a family or two couples.
