Great Stay

Beautiful room, well appointed. Very responsive staff. Bed was very comfortable, the sheets were so soft. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Beautilful and maybe not 100 functional

What a beautiful place. We oved having someone meet us and carry our bags. The room was clean and lovely. The coffee was good and the sheets and towels were so soft. One thing was in the washroom, we feel it needed a shelf for the toothpaste or to hold our cosmetics and the shower had no hot water :( But we will be recommending to others! Thank you for the great service!

Very small, very nice, boutique flats hotel.

Stayed there for three nights recently visiting Stratford Festival. Great location, across the Avon, just 10 minutes from downtown Stratford. Nice residential neighborhood, quiet. The flat is very nice, nicely decorated and refurbished. full kitchen amenities, nice bath/shower, totally redone Very clean.. very comfortable.and quiet. Would return.

Walk away from great restaurants. Beautiful aesthetic but the mattress in our room was sunken in and did not meet typical hotel quality. Also, because it is an older building, it had a particular smell to it.

Hotel Julie, you really did it!

Loved the suite, it ticked all the right boxes. Pristine bathroom, great mattress, fully equipped kitchen, plenty space, tasteful decoration, walking distance from downtown… and oh the little details! ♥️

The room was well appointment but was marred byb2 things: the AC dripped water on the bed, soaking the headboard and pillows and 2 the closet is missing a hangar rod! There was nowhere to hang clothing!

we stayed at the hotel as part of an anniversary trip. The communication re: check in and parking was seamless. The flat was beautiful and uniquely decorated. Everything that was needed to prepare our own breakfasts was in the suite. A suggestion would be an extra chair or or a small loveseat instead in the living area as due to the placement of the television, two people could not see it from the bed. This was just a small inconvenience. It was a further walk to the theatre than anticipated. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a great getaway who are looking for something other than a typical hotel room.

August 1-2 Stay

Great service. Appreciated the accommodation to access the room in advance of 4PM check-in. All amenities were provided and functioning well. Clean room and fully equipped with all kinds of supplies. Appreciated the complimentary soap and water bottle bottles too. Well decorated. Clear instructions via signage or emails. Was able to sleep through the night with no issue. Only point of improvement would be to add slippers.
