Set within the scenic developing Forestbrook enclave at Caldera Springs, 18105-2 Forestbrook Loop is the perfect basecamp for fun-fueled adventures in the Pacific Northwest. With a private entrance separate from the main home, this well-appointed 598 sq. ft. studio residence comes with a king-size bed, a full bathroom and an outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding Ponderosa Forest.
Make yourself at home with an upscale kitchenette equipped with stainless steel JennAir appliances as well as SMEG countertop appliances. A dining table that seats up to two; a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV , and high-end touches throughout. This studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away. Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM â 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
