We had such a fun trip! This is probably going to be the place that we stay every trip we come! Fantastic place. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great apartment with room for 3 people. 2 spacious bedrooms for right in the city. Location was amazing, we fell in love with alphabet city and the local bars and restaurants

The host was great. He greeted us when we first arrived and showed us around the unit.We lost hot water one day and he responded immediately. He took care of figuring out what was going on (work was being done on the building's boiler) and checked in on the progress for us until it was completed later in the day.

Weekend Rejuvenation

The day we arrived, Vito, the property manager kept in constant communication and met us upon arrival. He helped with our bags and opened the door to the apartment. We were welcomed by a blast of cold air. It was so relieving after being out in the NYC heat. He had a commentary case of cold water in the fridge, too! The apartment vibe was on point! Two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and living area to watch TV. The apartment is situated above a club, but we were not disrupted by the noise. It was the weekend, and it is NYC. It added to the all around experience. The location was great. There is lots to do in lower Manhattan. We went to the Artech House, Chelsea market, the Little Market, and visited the Old Friend Photo Booth. We had to casted the bus to the subway to get to Broadway. We planned activities in different parts on the city in certain days, so we weren’t wasting time going back and forth. When out amazing trip came to an end, Vito communicated the exit process which was very easy. When I requested to leave our luggage to take in one more site which would have put us a little after checkout, he was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking with Vito, again!!!!
