The location was amazing! So walkable even at night. Walked to the village to get coffee in the morning and walked home in the dark after dinner along the water. Cozy place, great water pressure, and extra blankets, which are always nice. Easy check in and check out.

The Guesthouse is absolutely beautiful and charming! It was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need as well as spotless, including spa robes! Anne is an incredibly sweet and hospitable host - allowing us to check in a bit early and greeting us warmly with lots of helpful suggestions for things to do. Should we plan another trip to this area, we would definitely stay here again!

Anne was a wonderful host with helpful recommendations for things to do. The cottage had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean and quiet and just as described. The cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting Mystic Seaport. There were many great restaurants nearby, and other things to do. We thought this would the perfect place to visit before taking the ferry to Long Island and were not disappointed. We would highly recommend Anne’s place for anyone traveling to the Mystic area and hope to visit again someday.

Anne certainly deserves the "Super Host" designation. She is so welcoming, gracious, and responsive. Her guest house is spotless, beautifully decorated, well appointed, and serene. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee. We will definitely be returning.

Anne was an absolute wonderful host and the property could not have been more beautiful. We loved the special touches and we had an amazing weekend. We will be back again next year and look forward to many stays ahead.

It was all I could have hoped for! Heck, if there were a washer and dryer I’d ask to move in and stay forever! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was delighted by the location’s convenience - a nice quarter mile or so stroll into the hub of the village shops! Just perfect! Thank you!!!

My husband and I loved the adorable guesthouse, the full kitchen, the comfortable living/dining area, the bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and two side tables, and the large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony was a definite plus! Anne was a lovely and helpful host, offering many restaurant recommendations and things to do. Parking was right by the guesthouse but a 15 minute stroll by the river took us into downtown Mystic. It was a wonderful stay, albeit too short.

We had a relaxing, comfortable stay at the cottage! After a full day of wandering and exploring sites in Mystic and beyond it was lovely to come “home” to reinvigorate before dinner. The host was so lovely and the cottage was well appointed with every necessity and convenience. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The property is just 2 blocks from downtown which is important as parking is expensive and limited. The host is wonderful and we enjoyed the cozy and quiet property and would stay again when we visit Mystic.
