Une rampe de mise à l'eau et un quai permettent la navigation de plaisance, la natation ou la pêche.

Ce chalet offre 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain (avec laveuse et sécheuse), une cuisine entièrement équipée et une grande salle avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Il peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes (maximum 4 adultes) dans deux lits doubles.

Il est idéalement situé entre Cape Vincent et Clayton et constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer la région des Mille Îles ainsi que la rive est du lac Ontario. À proximité de la meilleure pêche à l'eau douce et de la navigation de plaisance, ainsi que des activités telles que le golf, l'équitation, le tourisme et les magasins. Vous trouverez une variété d'excellents restaurants, qu'ils soient décontractés ou raffinés, ainsi que des établissements vinicoles, des brasseries et même quelques distilleries des environs.

Everything was as advertised. It was a beautiful location and a very clean and comfortable cottage. We had a great time and especially enjoyed seeing the large ships traveling the river. There are nice restaurants in the nearby towns of Claton and Saint Vincent.

The cottage was amazing. Great location to fish or swim. The house was nostalgic and allowed for great family time. The view of the lake from outside or inside was phenomenal. My daughter and I made lifetime memories from all the fun we had.

Great place to stay for a long weekend in the Thousand Islands. Great if you have a boat and are looking for great fishing. Owner was very cooperative and communicative with the whole process and stay. Only issue we had is that the AC units are directly above the beds. Would stay again.

As for the AC units, unfortunately those were the best locations for them as the other window in each room provides ventilation when the ACs are not in use. In addition, the rooms' dimensions make it impossible to place the beds in different spots. I'm sorry to hear that this caused you an inconvenience.

We just returned from This cottage in Cape Vincent and we loved it! We especially loved the living room and kitchen with all the windows looking out at the lake! We spent time on the deck grilling and relaxing and love fishing off the marina dock. The owners checked in with us which was so nice. We will definitely rent again. Tyyyy so much. Ellen and Gina

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Vincent despite the bad weather and the may flies (not sure that’s what they’re called but man there are a lot this time of year—who knew?) which, of course, had nothing to do with the property. Fun being so close to the water and had everything we needed. The communication was easy and the location is convenient. I would recommend

Have stayed here many times. As always everything was perfect! Cottage is extremely clean and well appointed. The host is very responsive and a joy to deal with. We will be back again next year!

Great location

Only a few steps to the water and boat which is protected by a cement marina. Fishing was awesome. Great sunsets. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Spot

The cottage was right on the water as advertised. Sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the boats go by and the water birds that visited. The owner was easy to contact and responded immediately to any needs.
