My daughter and I decided we needed a little vacation.We had seen the pictures but were surprised at the beauty of the area especially from the cottage deck. The cottage itself was charming and we would love to go back next year

Great location and communication with the host, the home has everything you need and close to everything. The town of Clayton was very cute and a short drive in either direction to Cape Vincent or Alexandria Bay

Rick was an amazing host! Allowed us to check in early and we loved the place so much we asked to add 2 additional nights and he was able to accommodate! Anytime I messaged with a question he was quick to respond! Will 100% be back!

Good Location and docking for your boat, you can easily launch at the marina next door and use your trolling motor to dock it at the house. Decent little place to stay.

We were very pleased with our cottage. This cottage overlooked the bay, giving a calm and peaceful appreciation of the area. The town is charming as well. Our host was very friendly and easy to work with. Would respond back to me with my questions or concerns. We hope to stay again sometime in the future. A wonderful find and we highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay over Memorial Day weekend! The property was absolutely beautiful and the location on the St. Lawrence River could not have been better. The private dock was one of our favorite parts of the trip — we spent a lot of time fishing and caught several big bass right off the dock.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic with communication from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful riverfront escape with excellent fishing, stunning views, and a great host, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again!

Adorable cottage

We have stayed here twice before and just love how cute the cottage is. It is great to watch large ships go by, kayaking, fishing and swimming off the dock. Very quiet and relaxing. Will be back again for sure.

Peaceful

My husband and I went up for a long weekend after the mad rush of summer. We toured the area and always came back to enjoy the deck looking over the water. The cottage was nice and felt like home. We had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely location, quiet & peaceful

Very relaxing yet close to everything. Not a lot going on in end September. Summer will have a lot of action. We were looking for quiet yet fun. And we were not disappointed.

Perfect place on the river

This really is a true gem of a cottage. Cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. Spectacular views and close to everything. We had a perfect time with absolutely no problems or concerns. Plus Rick is the perfect host, checked in with us, made sure we didn’t have any issues and quickly answered any questions. Really was a pretty perfect time.

Peaceful Serenity

Lovely riverside location. Fun to watch freighters and beautiful sunsets. Loved the peace and quiet. Perfect for the two of us and rediscovering the 1,000 Islands area. Especially enjoyed Clayton. Unfortunately lots of rain, but we got to watch the many moods of the water views.

Great location for relaxation but convenient

We have stayed twice now for quite relaxing anniversary trips. Both times have been a pleasure. Quiet but yet to close to action if you so choose. Husband was successful fishing off the dock. Host Rick is clear and easy to communicate with if needed. We will be back again!

Lovely Time by the River

We had a lovely time staying here! Enjoyed the pretty river views and watching local wildlife fly or swim by. The deck is great for that. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor! Loved that Clayton was so close. It was very convenient to be able to pop down the road for a grocery run or to go to a restaurant a little further downtown. Would love to go back!
