BEDROOMS Bedroom #1: The main bedroom offers both comfort and flexibility. You can stretch out on the king bed with bedside tables and warm lamps, or use the single bed. Both beds have soft linens and pillows to help you sleep well, and there is a closet for your belongings. The room also has a private ensuite bathroom for your convenience. At night, you can relax and watch your favorite shows on TV.
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom welcomes families with a cozy queen bed and a twin trundle tucked under a twin-sized bed. A bedside table with a warm lamp and a spacious closet offers comfort and convenience for your stay.
BATHROOMS Bathroom #1 - The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub with hot and cold water, a toilet with an over-the-toilet shelf, and a sink.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guest/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
