This 4-bedroom luxurious penthouse condo is located in the new development of Monteluna in Pedregal! It offers the perfect wellness retreat for those looking to relax and enjoy all that Cabo has to offer! The condo offers a full-size kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, built in BBQ area, outdoor seating w/TV and an area to relax and unwind!
The community offers a sauna, gym, pool, and jacuzzi! There is free parking available.
The space
You will love Casa la Vista Cuidad! It is the perfect getaway for those that are looking to relax and unwind! You will love the unobstructed view when walking into this gorgeous 4-bedroom condo, professionally decorated with every piece of furniture custom designed.
When entering the condo, you will find one bedroom on your left side. This bedroom offers 2 twin beds with ample closet space and TV. There is a bathroom located before the bedroom for the guests to use and those visiting the condo.
The 2nd bedroom is located to the right when entering the condo. This bedroom offers a King size bed with ensuite bathroom and ample closet space.
The master bedrooms are located to the front of the condo, where both beds are King and have ensuite bathrooms to the bedrooms. You will love the view from these bedrooms!
The common area of the condo has a full-size kitchen that offers everything you need for those that love to cook at home or if you decide to hire a chef to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the condo! There is a dining table with seating for 8 people, and you have the living room area with a Smart TV to provide any apps that you may want to connect with.
