Aether Panorama Pool Retreat is a refined two-level villa nestled in the hillside of Panoráma Epidávrou. Featuring a large private pool, three ensuite bedrooms (including an independent studio), a study, and elegant open-plan interiors, it accommodates up to 7 guests in comfort and style. Aether Panorama Pool Retreat spans 280m² of beautifully designed interiors across two levels, offering a seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.

The upper level features an open-plan living space with a designer kitchen, central island, a spacious dining area, and a living room with a 65” Smart TV. Large doors open directly to the private pool terrace and stone-built BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining under the stars. This floor also includes a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

The lower level houses the main sleeping quarters:
• A master double ensuite with a 1.80m bed and hydro-massage shower.
• A second ensuite double with a 1.60m bed and a cozy sofa bed, ideal for a couple with a child. The ensuite includes a luxurious hydro-massage bathtub and a 50” Smart TV.
• A fully independent guest studio with twin beds (can be joined), its own kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and 50” Smart TV — perfect for teens, grandparents, or friends needing extra privacy.

Also on the lower level is a dedicated study room and a laundry room for extended stays.
