Two of our biggest passions are gardening and cooking. We have two young children and enjoy spending time with them in the garden growing fruits, vegetables, and herbs â many of which we use to prepare homemade meals. We are always glad to share some recipes or tips if you enjoy cooking too!
In our free time, we also enjoy hiking in the surrounding nature and spending time with our friendly dog and cats, who help make the atmosphere feel even more homely. Whether you're here to rest, explore, or enjoy good food and fresh air, we are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

One of our favorite features is a lovely, shaded road lined with trees â perfect for a morning walk or a peaceful afternoon stroll. Just a 2.5 km hike from the house takes you to Vidov Vrh, a stunning viewpoint where you can see across the mountains and even out to the sea on clear days. Itâs a local favorite and well worth the walk!
If you enjoy hiking or biking, the area is full of forest trails and hidden paths to explore. The mighty Orjen Mountain is nearby for more challenging adventures, and when you're ready to explore the coast, Herceg Novi is just a short drive away with its charming old town, seaside promenades, and excellent restaurants.
One of the best parts about staying here is the ideal location â close to both the Adriatic coast and the Bosnian border. We're only a short drive from the charming city of Trebinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina), as well as Tivat and Kotor Bay in Montenegro. If you're arriving by plane, both Tivat Airport and Dubrovnik Airport (Croatia) are easily reachable, making travel convenient from several directions.
Whether you want to explore different countries, enjoy the sea, or relax in fresh mountain air, Mokrine is a unique starting point for an unforgettable trip.
