Villa méditerranéenne en pierre avec 6 chambres, piscine privée, vue mer et montagne

Villa Maslina a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Rénové en 2009 et mis à jour chaque année, il dispose de quatre chambres doubles dans la maison principale et de deux autres dans l’aile attenante, avec 6 salles de douche et un vestiaire. Une autre chambre de jardin est disponible sur demande. L'espace de vie comprend une cuisine moderne équipée, une salle à manger pour 12 personnes, un salon avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne et une télévision satellite. En dehors de la villa est entourée de terrasses sécurisées clôturées avec vue sur la mer, grand barbecue au charbon de bois et terrasse pour les repas avec bar Tiki et tabourets, aires de repos et une cour ensoleillée. Il y a une piscine de style romain à plate-forme (soleil toute la journée) et il s’agit d’un espace totalement privé avec de grandes terrasses bien équipées et des jardins paysagers. Les terrains entourent la maison et permettent de jouer aux fléchettes, au ping-pong et au badminton. Parking sécurisé pour 5 voitures et une buanderie séparée.
La villa est très sûre au bout d'une impasse mais à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des plages et des magasins. Le Monténégro a un faible coût de la vie avec une bonne bouteille de vin (1 litre) à partir de 2 euros et tous les aliments de base à d'excellents prix. La villa Maslina appartient à la famille Chapman et a été annoncée auprès de l'ancien propriétaire Direct et maintenant avec Homeaway depuis 2011, une partie de la famille habite dans le même village et vous rencontrera à votre arrivée. A very large and comfortable place to stay in Montenegro with a lovely pool. Hugh is a great host and made everything very easy. Handy for Kotor and Perast and just a great place to hang out.

Lovely Villa

We enjoyed our Montenegro holiday and this villa is in a fab position close to everywhere but not noisy. It is really well equipped and lots of secluded corners. Try out Tivat for a bit of glamour or Radovici for best value meals ! We hope to stay again next year

For six of us it was perfect with six bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The villa was equipped beautifully with everything one would need, and more. Outside was equally ideal with an excellent pool, table tennis, sunbeds galore, lovely terraces and dining areas, even an outside bar and ice-maker!

wonderful villa in a beautiful setting

This was our second visit to this villa and it never fails to disappoint, the accommodation is always very well presented and the private pool is an added bonus. There is so much to do in the surrounding area if you so wish, visiting the beaches, living the high life at Porto Montenegro, wandering round the old town in Kotor, a day on the beach at Sveti Stephan, scenic drives up to Lovcen the list goes on. Whilst it is easy to get around and eat out it does not feel too "touristy" and the Adriatic is a beautiful coastline with crystal clear waters. The owners of the property are happy to assist with any issue which may arise - we had a flat tyre - and we were pointed in the right direction of a reputable repair shop. Will certainly be visiting again soon.

Wonderful!

We are 7 friends to go on holiday every year together, and this year we chose Montenegro for the destination. We found Gail and Hugh's villa on this website, and our stay was fabulous. First, the house is simply amazing, very spacious, the pool is perfect, but above all, our hosts, Gail and Hugh, were incredible. They welcomed us at the arrival, explaining everything about the accommodation. They are really available during the stay in case of need, and the check-out has been such easy for us. We had a wonderful stay, and we recommend generously this villa. We will certainly keep the address for an eventual next stay in Montenegro in a few years. Absolut empfehlenswert Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Genügend Platz und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es handelt sich sogar um 2 Häuser.Die Lage ist toll. Ruhig aber nicht weit nach Kotor, Luštica, und nicht weit nach Tivat. Auch Budva war nicht weit. Die Städte, Strände und Landschaft ist traumhaft. Supermärkte, Lokale, Strände - alles sehr nahe gelegen.Wir hatten ein Mietauto und fanden es dort perfekt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Pool ist toll, die Aussicht sehr schön. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe hat unkompliziert geklappt.Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is fantastisch. Veel ruimte. genoten van de ruime tuin en het zwembad. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je kunt je dus prima bij het huis vermaken. Maar de plaatsen in de buurt zijn ook op prima afstand. Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Stunning location with mountain views

The hosts were fantastic and provided detailed information of the villa and local area. We arrived on a Sunday when all the shops are closed, however the hosts offered to do a shop so we had fresh food on arrival. This was a welcomed added bonus! The villa itself is stunning sitting on a quiet hillside location. Unless you want to stay at the villa for the duration of your stay, I would recommend hiring a car. Its just over a mile down to the village and therefore a mile uphill to get back. However if you eat at Asoria restaurant, they are happy to provide a lift back up which some of our party took advantage of. We were a party of 9, ranging from 17 to 76 and we all had an amazing time. Such a stunning country, beautiful villa and friendly hosts.

Gorgeous villa

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in this villa. Gail and Hugh as the owners could not do enough for us both before and during our stay. The villa itself is a bit off grid and remote but once you get used to that and follow the advice to order taxis then everything becomes accessible. Would highly recommend heading into kotor but time it wisely in high season to avoid the traffic! If anyone is looking for a beautifully thought out villa that is equipped with everything you need, that is peaceful. . Then I would book here. Gail and Hugh have a wonderful approach to holiday rental which makes you feel at home.

Wonderful villa

Villa Maslina is a wonderful villa - very well equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday. This was our first visit to Montenegro which is such a beautiful country - lying by the pool looking at the amazing views of the mountains - what a treat! Beautiful house, lovely views and ideal location

The house was lovely, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The garden, with the pool and games was ideal for relaxing and playing. The location had all the views you could wish for. It was 5* accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone. Montenegro is a lovely country to visit with plenty to please anyone. We will defiantly be going back. Wonderful place to stay

We have been staying at Villa Maslina for a week and unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow. The villa is very clean and of exceptional quality with all amenities including free wifi access. Lovely pool and garden. Stupendous views of the surrounding area. Montenegro is the most beautiful country and we would highly recommend this villa. Gail and Hugh, the owners were so nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very peaceful and quiet but easy to get to the shops, beach etc and ideally suited for touring around southern Montenegro. We would recommend hiring a car. We visited the national park and Lake Skada together with Tivat, Kotor And other places. The beach down the road is very pretty and well sheltered. Water was so clean. We had some wonderful meals out and were very surprised how cheap it is. We found the local people extremely helpful and friendly even when we couldn't understand the language, although many have pretty good English. We shall be so sorry to leave and will definitely return in the future.

Hugh and Gail Chapman have lived in Montenegro for 15 years. Villa Maslina was restored by Hugh (using a team of local artisans) from a ruin of an historic Olive Mill and took 2 years to rebuild from the original stone. It offers a great versatile family villa.
