The space

Designed for up to two guests, this one-bedroom condo offers a peaceful setting for solo travelers or couples. The bedroom features one bed, along with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage so you can unpack and feel at ease. A private bathroom with bathroom essentials and hot water provides a simple, functional space to refresh after a day exploring the city.



Living and comfort

Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, the condo balances relaxation and practicality. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round, while Wifi allows you to stay connected throughout your stay. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows on the TV or enjoy the quiet atmosphere of your elevated surroundings. A carbon monoxide alarm adds an extra layer of peace of mind.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
