Great weekend spot - Summerhill is a great place to be near everything. Furnishing were nice and great kitchen with all the stuff you need.Alba is a great host who made it easy to get in touch when I needed her assistance! Would definitely recommend!

Overall it worked out well - very close to the concert we went to at GSU football stadium but there were plumbing issues and rather than fixing them, the host said that since we were checking out the next day, they weren't going to do anything until then. We ended up having to drive to Publix to go to the bathroom. Good thing we all have large bladders!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and want to clarify a few points about your stay. “…the host said that since we were checking out the next day, they weren’t going to do anything until then.” This is an inaccurate statement. Once notified, via text message, of the plumbing issue on Saturday at 1:47PM, we responded with an apology at 1:157PM, along with a request asking when we could have someone come to resolve the issue. The guests advised that they would be leaving around 5PM and asked if we could have someone stop by and take a look. At 5:15PM, same day, the handyman entered the unit and spent several hours plunging the toilet. On Saturday at 9:15PM, we advised the guests, that “while relief was provided, it appeared that additional work would eventually be needed and that several unsuccessful attempts were made to contact a plumber for an emergency service call to fully rectify the situation.” There was never any communication to the guests that “…we weren’t going to do anything until then”. However, we did advise the guest that we would have the plumber arrive after their check-out on Sunday. This was an unfortunate situation where every attempt was made to immediately resolve this issue, and we sincerely apologized for the inconvenience this may have caused. Because of the inconvenience, the guests requested and were provided a three-hour extended check, of which they were very appreciative. We strive to ensure that each of our guests have the best experience when staying at our property! This continues to be our top priority!
