Cute, clean guesthouse in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Bishop. The host is very easy to communicate with and always responds within minutes. Loved staying here.

A lovely home that was perfect for what we needed. Place was comfortable, clean and the location was very convenient for us. Loved the air conditioning and the kitchen was stocked with so many things for us to use. Hosts were lovely and so accommodating. Don’t have one single complaint!

Quiet spot within walking distance to downtown and easy access to any location along 395 for outdoor adventures. Well equipped place to stay. Very comfy and just the right size for the three of us!

I could not have asked for nicer hosts or a more lovely home. Very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, great location. I enjoyed the yard quite a bit, and so did my little dog. So much nicer than staying at a hotel or condo. Thanks for everything, Fawn!

Delightful casita behind the main house. Super clean and the host really has gone the extra mile. Parking in driveway off the alley if vehicle not too tall, otherwise on the street. Highly recommend.

Fawn and her place get A checkmarks in every way.I've stayed in dozens of locations and I've rarely found hosts who displayed the kind of attention to detail Fawn showed.The kitchen and bathroom were super-well stocked and modern, the house was immaculately neat and clean, the mattresses were blissfully firm and the heat, water and appliances all worked perfectly. There also is a great bbq grill and outdoor dinner table where I was able to enjoy a warm night.The house also sits in a quiet spot several blocks from any noise coming off Main Street.From the location, to the cleanliness to everything else, I can recommend this house without hesitation.

Fawn was a wonderful, communicative host and very friendly. The neighborhood the home resides in is very quiet and nice to walk around and close to town. We were able to park one of our cars in an off street parking spot right next to the house, and there was plenty of street parking for our second vehicle. The guest house itself was pretty spacious for party of 3 plus a dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The room decor was a cute rustic vibe that created a very homey feel. We loved sitting out in the shared yard watching the hummingbirds in the feeder and looking at Fawn’s beautiful garden. The couch in the living room was very comfy for relaxing after a long day of hiking! Bathroom shower was a highlight for sure as it was very big and lots of space to place toiletries, good water pressure, and looks like it was recently remodeled. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay at Fawn’s place again if we’re ever back in the area!

We were very happy staying in the guesthouse! Our hosts were wonderful. Very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. They put so much into making our stay and the guesthouse perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The guesthouse is recently renovated - no wear and tear at all. And very, very comfortable. Quiet house in a quiet neighborhood but also just a short walk to main street. Dedicated parking spot off an ally right next to the side door. Many amenities in every room - fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, new and comfortable furniture, netflix and hulu, etc. We'll be back!

The house was exactly what we needed. A place for my wife and I, and my in-laws, to enjoy the Eastern Sierras. They were very accommodating with our pet.

We were greeted by Fawn on arrival and given a quick tour of her beautiful BnB. The minute we walked in, we could tell she used only the highest-quality appliances and construction materials. This place is beautifully built, and everything still looks and feels brand new. The mini-splits in each room allow for temperature control, which was important during the warm-weather days of our stay. The backyard oasis was shaded and welcoming with well-manicured gardens and a grill available for use. Loved the dual recliners in the living room, and the smart TV had plenty of streaming options already logged in and ready for use. The beds and sheets were better than most high-end hotels we've stayed in! I slept so well each night! We had to leave early on our last day, and Fawn wished us well on our journey back home. Her friendly welcome and farewell added a very nice personalized touch to our stay. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Very convenient location. Nice to have a little yard space for our dog. Quiet. Easy to use heating/cooling system. Fawn was helpful and responsive. Parking space is a tight fit but very doable and right by the front door. We would definitely stay again.
