Private walkout basement: 2 queen beds & full bath

Relax at this peaceful place and safe neighborhood. You have the entire basement to yourself.

This space includes a queen bed (US) in each bedroom which can sleep 2, total of 4, a full bathroom with a tub, and a spacious living space. A baby crip can be provided if communicated early.
N/B: We have loving kids upstairs full of energy. We will work to minimize their foot traffic.
Street parking available at the back of the house in a cul-de-sac.
We are less than 10 minutes from all amenities.

The space
Exclusive private space. Have the entire walkout basement to yourself. We have a full kitchenette to support your staying experience. Long stays will be provided with basic essentials for first few days. An electric iron box and iron board also provided.

Temperature is regulated from upstairs.

There is a high school track near by open to the public for walks, jogs, and runs.

This is a no-smoking and drug free home. If you smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookah and or vape are not allowed on the property.

This space is not wheelchair accessible nor handicap adaptable, at the moment

Violation of any house rules will result in $25 fine per infraction. With the exception of parties & smoking attracting penalties of $250 you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, no refunds.
No parties are allowed on the property.
