Stay comfortably in our 5 bedroom 4400 sq ft Ranch home, 3.5 acre lake front estate in Lake St Louis. A short 2 min walk or drive down the lake road brings you to the Beach front and dock where you can Swim, Kayak and Paddle Board from our private sand beach or just relax on our private dock and picnic area.
You’ll love our secluded large private wooded estate, with endless wildlife, flora and fauna and several short nature trails. All seasons are enjoyed on our estate and full of nature.

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood located on a 3.5 acre estate with Lake front private beach and dock. Kayak and Paddle Board provided to enjoy from the private sand beach and dock. Marvelous features include upper and lower level living and kitchen areas, lower level game area, 1 king bed, 4 full beds, and 1 queen bed. Main Bath offers a jetted bathtub, all 3 bathrooms have showers.

We have a billiard table, Ping Pong table and tons of board games for all ages, 50" big screen smart TV and full stereo system on the upper level and 42" smart tv on lower level. Two bedrooms have in room smart tv's. Handicap accessible for the upper and lower level. Hiking in the woods, enjoying the private back yard while grilling & picnicking at the house or next to the lake plus swimming, paddle board, Kayaks and fishing from the dock are the reasons we love spending time at home. The backyard is large and very private, great for making family memories. The neighborhood roads are private, quiet and extremely safe.
