Fully stocked kitchen, linens, books, games, with toys for beach play. Bring hangers if you don’t want to live out of your suitcase. Found 2 each for adults and children. Needed batteries for the smoke alarm. Host differed to refund us if we purchased some but never offered the same for hangers. Nor to have any delivered. Said they’d make sure to have them there for the next guests. For the price of this place one would expect hangers.

Our apologies for the lack of clothes hangers, it’s possible some were inadvertently taken by a previous guest. We have since restocked the closets to ensure they are available for future guests. Regarding the smoke detector, we do have several in the home and batteries are replaced as needed. All of the smoke detectors are in working order. This beach house was absolutely amazing! The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and this is one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at. The house is spacious and decorated nicely, with a wonderful view of the ocean. We also loved how nice the path to the beach was! Very unobstructed, so it was a quick and easy walk to the wonderful stretch of beach this property is located on. We appreciated the supplies that were included, and the outdoor shower was so nice with lots of hooks and even a clothesline to hang things on! With hot and cold water, showers outside after being at the beach were perfect. The hosts are also very responsive, and very helpful! We would love to come back again!!

Excellent experience! Wonderful view of the gulf with easy access. The cottage is very roomy and comfortable. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will try and stay here again!

This is our 3rd year staying at this rental, and it continues to be a perfect fit for our family. The hosts are responsive and understanding of issues, and the house is close to the beach and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and very well stocked. This is our new favorite Galveston rental! The host was easy to work with as well. The location is great. The mosquitos were brutal during our stay due to recent rain but obviously that’s just nature.

Perfect beachfront location, clean, comfortable, great host communication! Will absolutely stay here again! Enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach, relaxing on the covered patio with a book and a beverage, and found two new great restaurants nearby…Venados Cantina and Cooper’s Landing! Great find :)!

Wonderful and cozy beachhouse, perfectly equipped and located at the beach. We all loved our stay, especially the kids because of the short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back!

A perfect beach vacation!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sea Star. Easy access to the beach and quiet location made for a very relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again.
