Escape to this charming bungalow in picturesque Strongsville. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a lovely living room with a couch and recliner, and all the essentials like WiFi and heating and air conditioning... 65 inch Smart TV... Whiskey Barrell Bar Table and innovative pallet wall. Guests can unwind in the tranquil surroundings and experience a terrific stay. Enjoy your time in Strongsville at our bungalow. Excellent for a business traveler or small family in short term transition....like trying to find your new home. Scenic property with raised patio. Parking for only 1 or 2 cars.
Air conditioning will be window only....but this is a small space ..but also comfortable. All cooking utensils, bedding and bathroom amenities included ....outdoor firepit for responsible burning... no huge fires allowed in Strongsville . Mutliple hangout and sitting areas at property. This is a one of a kind property cannot be duplicated. Note....Basement is not for personal use and off limits along with second floor which is to be renodeled this winter... There will be no laundry on site and basement is off limits due to our storage facilities...along with upstairs. Wood for firepit is free, but mainly pressure treated lumber as we take decks apart. Bring your own wood and firestarters and lawn chairs if you want....but I gave lawn chairs as well.. Raised patio has table and 4 chairs...but non smoking in this area. Fires must be contained to local rules of Strongsville. No parties permitted on property....but you can have guests, but not overnight as only 1
or 2 cars are permitted on property overnight. Guests are allowed....but not overnight. Large gas grill with propane provided.

We loved the rustic charm of the bungalow. Host provided everything we could have needed and made check-in and out very easy. Location was close to restaurants and just a short drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Highly recommend this property and this host.

It's Cleveland area, you find what you want. Comfortable for 2, maybe 3 with one on the couch, not for a family yet. Great communication, to be honest I wasn't there alot, mostly just needed a bed. In my opinion, it beat a hotel room.

This house was a cozy stay and you can tell the owner put a lot of work into it. The artwork is from their father, which was a nice touch. The only things I would point out is that it needs a deep clean. There were crumbs and dust on the floor, mainly in bathroom and living area. A thorough vacuum in all the nooks and crannies would fix. The table in the living room had crumbs and needs to be vacuumed off. The windows could be cleaned on the inside and it would be awesome to have blinds. I think someone may still be working on the place, so maybe these would be resolved in the future. Overall a great place to stay for a quick trip and we would stay here again!

We had a few communications with the owner about check-in and check-out and the responses were timely and helpful plus both check-in and out were easy.The property was as described. The decor was really fun, it seemed like lots of interesting things the family had collected over time. The bed was super comfy. It was stupid hot while there, pushing 100, but the A/C worked a treat. The only downside to the heat was that we weren't able to try out the multiple outside seating areas or the fire pit which we normally would have done. We also had no chance to check out the kitchen for cooking meals but the kitchen was well-stocked (fridge, stove, microwave, coffeepot, dishes, utensils, etc). we had a very pleasant stay, much nicer than an impersonal hotel.

The host Terry was very easy to talk to ahead of time. He let us check in a little early so we could relax before the concert we were attending. The place is clean as can be an extremely quiet. I 100% recommend staying here.

Picturesque backyard. Lots of wildlife on a daily basis. Close and convenient to lots of destinations .

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Just unique in how I put this house back together. Built in 1929. We made the inside "interesting" and fairly unusual. Raised concrete 400 sq foot walkout patio almost never seen anywhere. More to come as the upstairs will be re- done this fall and winter. Several outdoor seating areas. Smoking only permitted outdoor area at front porch or at Whiskey Barrel table by garage. No smoking on raised patio or in house. Over 1/2 acre in back yard. Deer almost every day. Large cauldron firepit for fires. Enjoy outdoor evenings with a fire and starlit nights.
