Perfect location for shopping Round Top!

This was a great location for our first trip to Round Top. Super cute, clean and quiet. Property manager was great and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again!

A Stay in the Laughing Hen Silos Coop-A-Cabana, Cottage 3

Staying at the silos was a very nice experience. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing evenings that we spent in the Coop-a-Cabana after long days of shopping during the Round Top Antiques Fair.

A Fun Time at the Coopa Cabana!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Laughing Hen. The silo was really cool, and everything was perfect. Easy directions, quiet, private and restful. Highly recommended!

The silos have been a bucket list item for me. The attention to design detail is incredible. A truly unique stay that allowed us to unwind and relax. Close to antique week shopping but absolute quiet in the evening.

Quaint, Adorable, Perfect

We took a girls’ trip for antique week and enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, incredibly decorated and close to the grounds. Joy touched base several times to see if you needed anything. Loved it!!

Round Top Gem!!!

We loved the Laughing Hen Silos! Beautiful piece of property. It is very close to Round Top which was perfect for us. The interior design in the silo was second to none! We got watch deer come in every evening & morning which was great. We will definitely be back!

Hen Party Fun

We were a group of 4 girls that stayed in two of the silos - Coop A Cabana and StonHENge. We loved them both! The shabby chic/antique rustic interior was beautifully appointed, and we all slept soundly. The stargazing at night was spectacular. We loved the little table outside for charcuterie and wine. We were a perfect 10 minute drive from Round Top, so we had all the shopping fun with the benefit of being in the country. We can't wait to go back!

Henhouse Fabulous

I go to Round Top 4-5 times per year & have stayed all over. This is, by far, my favorite spot! Spotless!!! Linens smelled good, beds were super plush and felt great after a long day of shopping. The little fridge was great to put water in and PIE! I think this is great for a girls trip, mother/daughter or couple getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Round Top stay

This was a great place to stay for the Round Top Antiques Show. It is a wonderful property. The silos are adorable and super fun to stay in. My only complaint would be that there were not enough hooks for jackets and towels. We had three people so that would have been helpful. Management was friendly and accommodating. It was a little bit of a drive from Round Top proper, but was so nice to be outside of the Hub Bub. It was also close to the UPS shipping in La Grange which was beneficial. I would definitely stay again!

Adorable setting but bugs

The silo and property are beautiful and decorated with whimsy. Unfortunately no seal on front door so a lot of bugs in room. It didn’t bother us but overall would prefer less bugs. Would recommend adding some hooks or a shelf in bathroom. Otherwise very charming property

Shopping with friends

We rented Silo #2 and Silo #3 #3 has a day bed, incase you have a little one with you. Very nice property, in the middle of the town of La Grange and Round Top. We came here for shopping at Round Top and this was a great location about 15 to 20 min outside the large Round Top shopping crowds. Silos converted into a hotel room with small sitting area and private bath, complete with barn door. Coffee maker was a nice touch to have 1st thing in the morning. The property manager, Joy is very helpful with any questions. Would recommend you to try!

The Laughing Hen Silos are located on 11 acres just 8 miles from the town of round Top.

Adjacent to the barn and the pickup cluck hen house sits three amazing renovated grain silos.

While growing up in San Antonio, I fell for this part of Texas and its relaxed, friendly, eclectic atmosphere. I love to wear my cowboy boots, enjoy belly laughs with my girlfriends, eat barbecue, have a glass of wine in the evening and talk about all the bargains and treasures we found that day.
