This beautifully renovated home is just a few blocks from the beach, just 5 minutes walking and perfectly located near downtown Long Beach, the 2nd Street corridor, and Naples Island. Ideal for relaxing after a busy day or exploring LA, this home offers a spacious, inviting atmosphere for family get-togethers. With a walkable neighborhood and the beach just steps away, it’s the perfect spot to unwind.

Welcome to our charming Long Beach retreat! This cozy three-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

The inviting living room is perfect for families or friends to relax and reconnect. It features a 65" Sony TV, creating a cozy atmosphere after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime easy and enjoyable.

Bedroom Arrangement:
Bedroom No# 1: Two full beds with a spacious layout and a large balcony with seating.
Bedroom No#2: Queen bed and an accent chair with a beautiful coastal vibe.
Bedroom No#3: Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 65" Sony TV, and a balcony with a seating area.
A hallway bathroom is located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.

Backyard: Just off the kitchen, step into the backyard with a patio, seating area, and string lights for a relaxed hangout.

Parking: Enjoy hassle-free parking with one reserved, enclosed garage space. It’s perfect for standard-sized vehicles, similar to a Highlander, Pilot, or Explorer. Street parking is also available.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

Laundry: A Samsung washer and dryer are located inside the garage.

Important Info: This property features two separate units on one lot. This listing is for the back unit, which is completely separated by 50 feet from the front unit, though both share the same driveway.

Parking Information
The garage was built 40–50 years ago and is best suited for compact cars or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles may have difficulty fitting, so street parking may be a better option.

This house was very nice. It was was perfect for our family. The location as far as the proximity to the destinations we freaquented was pretty good too. My only complaint is the parking. This home is located behind another house which means little to no parking. Due to the shared space with the two homes. Parking in the driveway was out of the question also. We rented a Yukon during our stay and unfortunately had to deal with parking issues. There was a garage provided but the there was no room to pull or back our vehicle into the garage.

Overall a good property, very clean.Only hang up was that the property is actually behind another house, limiting green space/parking/etc and the address also was very confusing in the VRBO system.But owner communicated very clearly and it was as advertised other than that.

It was a clean property. I was disappointed on the parking situation. It says there is parking. There really isnt. Its a very small 1 car garage in the back thats very hard to get out of, one of our guests ruined their car. In addition the house is green they don't tell you that until you are there so there was like no towels or extra blankets really. Besides that great location & great walkability. Just parking wasn't the easiest!

The property was clean, spacious, and well decorated. However, the parking situation was quite challenging due to the very tight garage. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, as we might have rented a smaller car. Entering and exiting the garage took around 15 minutes and required assistance to guide our mid-size SUV. We were advised not to park in the driveway to avoid being towed, yet the guests in the front house frequently parked there, which made access more difficult. They offered to move their vehicle when needed, but this arrangement was inconvenient, especially as we were traveling with elderly parents. Additionally, some kitchen utensils, such as the can opener, could use replacement, and the absence of washcloths and hand towels made cleanup less convenient since only paper towels were provided, somewhat diminishing the intended eco-friendly effort.

It was clean and had more than enough space for 6 people. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and the beds were pretty comfy! Would stay again.

I had booked the property for a 3 day stay and we enjoyed every second of it. The host was very friendly and responsive when needed. I would definitely recommend this home. Just right around a 16 minute walk to the beach
