The Space:
If you know you know…and trust me, you wan’t to know about Los Feliz. It’s a bit of a secret oasis for Angelenos. The best cafes, hiking, vintage stories, indie movie theatre, and date night spots in LA. It’s a true neighborhood and it really is right outside your front door. But thats if you actually manage to leave. Between swimming in the pool, dining under the stars, wine by the fire, or game nights under the pergola there is so much to enjoy. The front house is perfect for a family with kids, and the back house is like a retreat within a retreat: private and serene.

Entire space is included in this rental except for locked closets. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Honestly, you’re in the perfect location: it’s residential, quiet, and yet right between two major highways, making it easy to get anywhere in LA. Not to mention how WALKABLE Los Feliz is. Hillhurst and Vermont Ave are two really fun streets with awesome shops and restaurants. It’s a great little date night spot…I know from experience :)

Getting Around:
Parking: ONE CAR can fit in the gated driveway, but there is TONS of street parking that does not require a permit! I never get to say that in LA.

Scooters: Bird, Lyft, and Lime are all fun apps you can download to use scooters to get around.

Uber/Lyft: Use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving.

Subway: Believe it or not, we have a subway! Uber to the subway in Hollywood and get back and forth to places like Downtown without getting stuck in traffic!

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE DONT SET THE AC BELOW 72. The house does cool down, but if you set the AC too low it WILL FREEZE OVER and stop working for a day or possibly break.

- NO PARTIES (this includes the guests. If any of the guests are staying up all night playing music and being disruptive than it is a party)
- NO LOUD MUSIC
- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET
- NO MUSIC ON THE ROOF EVER
- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)
- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.
- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.

If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.

***POOL HEAT is an additional $200 a day. You’ll have more information in your welcome email, but it takes some time to heat up so let me know before you arrive if possible.***
