Beautiful property with nice amenities. We had fun walking around the neighborhood and the location was convenient for lots of activities. The lower bedroom with separate entrance worked out well for our college age daughter.

The home was great and very cozy. There was plenty of room to host my family comfortably. We particularly enjoyed having meals in the backyard patio area which was very well maintained with beautiful flowers. Blake was a great host. I would definitely recommend.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Our family of four (parents plus two teens) visited for a long weekend to enjoy the city and to see the Oasis concert at the Rose Bowl. We loved the convenience to all of the major attractions such as Hollywood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and it was a quick drive out to Pasadena. We enjoyed the Silver Lake area as well. The property was beautiful with lots of room to spread out and relax both indoors and out. All of the amenities were perfect for a long weekend. Our host, Blake, was fantastic in terms of communication and providing local recommendations. Check-in/out was a breeze as well. We highly recommend this property!!

Airy Contemporary LA Retreat on Quiet Street

Gorgeous airy contemporary home with stunning terraced backyard provided us with a private luxurious retreat in the hills above LA. The home consists actually of two separate units connected by outdoor steps. Perfect for family traveling with adult kids! Top notch appliances and decor. And dog friendly too! Plus both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms feature bidets!

Blake's home in Silver Lake was perfect for a weekend away visiting LA friends. Nice place, central to everything

Really liked this place. Great location, clean and had some thoughtful details (phone charger, dimmers on the lights, Jack and Jill bathroom that worked well in a small space, workout area with mats and weights). One thing is that I did not realize that it was two separate units. That was not ideal with little kids. But otherwise really great.

Wonderful home in vibrant area of LA

We stayed in this adorable home for a mother/daughter trip, and it could not have been better for needs. The layout allowed the (younger) adults to have their own space in the lower unit and the moms to each have our own room above. The home has everything you need, but its the outdoor spaces that make it special. Coffee (ok, mimosas) on the patio in the morning was our favorite. The area is adorable and fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend taking walks around the neighborhood (the hills are butt burners for sure), as the architecture and scenery are stunning. Blake was incredibly responsive and helpful - a wonderful host. We will be back!

Perfect NE L.A. Stay: Beautiful & Spacious

My husband, two teens and I spent a week in L.A. touring colleges, sightseeing and relaxing. We loved this property! It's roomy with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large, sunny living/dining/kitchen space. It's clean, updated and stylish throughout, with many amenities, including a washer/dryer, a quiet area with a desk, large windows with top down/bottom up shades for perfect light and privacy, and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed flowers & greenery outside the kitchen window, and having coffee & pastries in the private, elevated patio behind the house. It's a fairly short walk to cafes and groceries, and a friend led us on a sunset hike through the hidden staircases of Franklin Hills. We were away in the afternoons and there was always parking across the street when we returned. We spent evenings playing video games and watching movies on the large wall mounted T.V. in the living room. The host is organized, friendly and responsive. The property is stylish and comfy, close to neighborhood amenities, and central to colleges and tourist attractions in the greater L.A. area. We would stay here again.

Silver Lake Stay

We had a fabulous week at this as advertised bungalow. The kitchen was well appointed, the three bedrooms were a perfect fit for our group, and the neighborhood was friendly and walkable. The outdoor areas we perfect for chilling when we were not out enjoying the city. Highly recommend.
