C'est Ă©galement une balade Ă  vĂ©lo pittoresque vers le cĂ©lĂšbre bassin de la ville de Harbour Town avec encore plus de restaurants, de boutiques, d'activitĂ©s de plein air et de divertissements. location was perfect with beautiful ocean views. house could use some updating and lights added to first floor covered patio. limited group sitting inside so that would be a nice option. overall great stay !

Sea Pines Beach Vacation

My husband and my girls and their hubbies plus our 2 beautiful grandchildren enjoyed a week vacationing in the Sea Pines home with a great pool and a wonderful beach front view. We all had the best time and had enough room to relax on our own. The house had everything you needed plus the management team had everything seamless from check in to check out! Had a fantastic time

The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked: silverware, glasses/coffee cups, dishes, cooking/baking needs. Loved being right on the ocean. We enjoyed the pool. A disappointment was that I choose the house because it had a screened in porch, but the screen door was ripped and the lounge chair cushions smelled so moldy. We never went out there.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved staying here! Wonderful location, beautiful views. Only negative was backyard stays shaded so pool was very chilly. We could have paid to heat pool but very expensive to do so. Overall it was a fantastic trip!

Friends get away

Four couples who love to have fun and be around the water found this house to be an ideal place to be together! Plenty of space for conversations yet enough for some privacy too! Pool was beautiful to look at and a few ventured in even in early November. We had a couple of nice days the some rain but still had a blast. The house was just perfect and we hope to return!!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed with another family and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We enjoyed the short walk to The Salty Dog/South Beach area, the beach and the bikes that came with the rental. My only suggestion would be to add more forks to the kitchen inventory as we kept running out of clean ones. Everything else in the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful stay, wonderful place

We absolutely loved our time at 16 Painted Bunting! Ocean views & access, a pool (must pay extra to heat) and a wonderful home in general. Bikes provided with the house made it easy to get around the island & Sea Pines itself is such an amazing place to stay too. The house was very close to the Salty Dog (& other shops around Salty Dog) also biked to Harbour Town a couple of times. The Vacation Company was wonderful to work with & we have nothing we could complain about at all! It was a perfect stay

Awesome!

This house was the perfect house for us. We have 4 little kids and being so close to the beach was perfect. We had some issues with the internet not working, the door code was wrong when we arrived, and the bike code was wrong so we had to call, but overall I have no complaints! I would highly recommend!

Absolute perfection

First time family trip to Hilton Head and this set the bar high. This home is beautiful, clean, and in an absolute perfect location. Views, easy access to a soft sand beach, natural light, and gorgeous pines surrounding the property. Pool was clean and fun for the kids while my wife and I enjoyed soaking up sun. The property management (vacation company) made everything totally simple. Beach gear rental was flawless. We are so thankful and happy we rented here and hope to do so again.

Good but could use some updates

The location is perfect and the house is nice but could use some updates. The Kerrigan needed to be replaced and the response was very quick. Wr had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly, maintenance came quickly but we continued to have issues all week. The two bathrooms are very small and cramped. The rest of the house is nicely laid out.

Disappointed Dad

The hot tub never worked properly, despite being given instructions over the phone. I paid extra for heating it so that I could soak my aching back. Only was able to get it to heat once and then it over-flowed into the pool which caused it to over heat. Never was able to get the jets to work.

Sea pines is beautiful

We had a great time. Well worth it to pay extra for pool and hot tub heat. So close to beach too. The home was comfortable and lovely. Updated and the pool area was updated. Would definitely stay again

Great Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed the location of this house. It was clean and well-stocked. We love the Sea Pines area. It’s nice to be able to enjoy both the ocean side and a short walk to the sound side. We saw marine life daily — dolphins, fish, manta ray, starfish, sand dollars, etc. The kids loved the pool and it was an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Okay in some ways and Good in others

House was nice, beds comfortable, location was great. Temperature in the house was hard to regulate as one side was freezing and the other side was warm. Loved having easy access to the beach but disappointed in not being able to hang out by the pool more. The pool was nice and clean but there was no where to sit down...as the loungers by the pool were in bad shape, the cushions were shot and had mold on them, the yard we had to walk through to get to the pool had not been mowed and the grass was very high (the owners did send someone out to mow after we commented on the grass)., the hot tub didn't work properly until someone came out to correct the problem. Overall nice property for a family beach vacation we just had to deal with some minor things that took away from this being a really positive experience.
