Locals consider the mountain you see from the backyard a sacred place. They make annual pilgrimages to the summit where the Cross is erected in memory of the blessing made to the site.

The Location
The house is located in the Wild Acres gated village, between two towns: Nicoya and Santa Cruz. Famous tourist beaches of Guanacaste region are within 30-60 min away: Playa Samara - 28 mi/46 km, Playa Tamarindo - 30 mi/49 km, Playa Junquillal - 29mi/47 km.

The house space
The house offers two beautifully designed bedrooms for a restful escape and 1.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a queen-size bed while the second one is equipped with two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom has ample closet space for your convenience. We also offer a dedicated workplace for those who work remotely. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and living areas. The living area is seamlessly merged with the kitchen, creating an inviting open space for socializing and relaxation. The house has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the necessary accessories and utensils to cook and eat at home. Bathrooms are stocked with bath products and towels.

Outdoor Spaces
Relax by the community pool and enjoy breathtaking views from the house's spacious outdoor seating areas. Beautiful surrounding hills and farm fields will give you an idea why local people live a long and happy life here.

Other things to note
The house is about one hour drive from the nearest airport in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Our host will meet you at the Wild Acres Village gate.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking and Wi-Fi included.

We recommend you buy groceries on your way to the house. You will pass one of the supermarkets called Maxi Pali in Santa Cruz,15 min before the destination.

Please report any damage or breakage ASAP so we can promptly fix it.

Towels & linens with unremovable stains will be charged.
