Nestled between Hyde Park & Downtown Boise, walk or cycle to local coffee shops, restaurants, and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, and a grocery store within a short distance from the home. The beautiful Boise Greenbelt is only a short distance away as well! Enjoy the river and the many outdoorsy Boiseans that walk/bike/skate along the paved path. Approx. 2 miles to Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. Charming cottage right in the middle of everything amazing in Boise!

Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Stainless gas stove/Oven, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Please note, the fridge is located in the back laundry room with the washer and dryer! Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a kitchen table with seating for 2. You can also find two foldable spare chairs in the back laundry room, next to the washer and dryer, which can allow seating for 4.

The main living area has a soft comfortable couch with and two chairs for seating. 55” SMART TV and plenty of seating makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch your favorite movies by logging into your Smart TV apps!

The primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed with quality sheets and linens. Bedside lamps and nightstands for guests’ convenience. There is closet space for hanging clothes and for storing personal items. The second bedroom at the back of the home has a comfortable Queen bed, also with quality sheets and linens. There is a closet in this bedroom too, as well as a desk facing out to the beautiful backyard for any work you may need to complete while you are there. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs for winding down from your day exploring beautiful Boise.

Stacking Washer & Dryer located in the back laundry room make completing laundry efficient!

Bright and clean bath including a roomy walk in shower, and updated tile and finishes to preserve the home’s original charm. High quality towels, shampoo/conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer completes the necessities!

Fenced private back yard with Hot Tub. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the patio or enjoy the cozy wood fire for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating. We do not supply wood for the firepit, so please do bring your own if you plan on a fire! Outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and a full dining table on the back patio, BBQ grill and an additional wood burning fire pit are provided. (Bring your own wood!)

FREE Street Parking directly in front of property or anywhere on the street. You are also welcome to park in the alleyway behind the home, near the back fence gate.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire private home & private backyard.



The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked between Boise’s vibrant Downtown and the beloved North End neighborhood, just west of the charming Hyde Park district. This area is a local favorite—quiet, tree-lined, and full of character—offering a true Boise experience.

Within walking or biking distance, you'll find a mix of cozy coffee shops, local restaurants, breweries, and unique boutiques. Nearby Camel’s Back Park and the expansive foothills trail system offer miles of hiking, mountain biking, and running trails that connect to the River to Ridges trail network and Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve.

Veterans Memorial Park and the Boise River Greenbelt are just down the street, perfect for a scenic morning walk or an afternoon ride. The home is centrally located—only a 10-minute drive from the Boise Airport, 5 minutes to Boise State University, and less than 30 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski Resort.

For business travelers, the property offers a peaceful place to unwind with easy access to the Boise Centre on the Grove, downtown offices, and public transportation. With Albertsons, Rite Aid, and coffee shops all within a couple blocks, daily essentials and casual hangouts are right around the corner.



Getting Around:

This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. Boise Green Bikes are available at a low cost as well as electric scooters, and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.



Other Things to Note:

~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

~If you use the hot tub, please follow the hot tub tips. Extra maintenance or damages caused by not following the recommendations are at guests' expense.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on call manager. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to the home via the private door code and lockbox.
