4th of July Getaway

The property was beautiful. The unit was extremely clean and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the views, the pool and the fitness center. The location was great with lots of dining and other conveniences nearby. It made for a great family weekend away in the city.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Presidential Penthouse Suite! The place was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—we were close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, the Bean, and so many of Chicago’s attractions, which made getting around incredibly easy.Communication was also fantastic. Responses were very quick, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The penthouse itself was even more beautiful in person and made our trip feel extra special.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful place, amazing location, and excellent communication—highly recommend!

Based on the VRBO listing we had high expectations for this unit, and it exceeded expectations. Beautiful, new, well appointed with the best high-floor lake view we’ve ever seen. Location is perfect for park access and museum campus. Cloud9 effectively uses technology to provide good service.

One of the best getaways are family has been too. Seriously all around spectacular. The views were unbeatable, the apartment was very cleanly and even stocked with things in the fridge when we arrived, beautiful amenities within the building that you won’t get anywhere else. Beautiful very very warm pool, beautiful indoor pool with hot tub and outdoor pool. Many lounge spaces outside of unit. Unit had great amount of towels, and body wash shampoo conditioner. Staff at the apt was very nice and helpful as well. All around highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Absolutely spectacular and no issues whatsoever.
