Condo is perfection! Close to everything, well-maintained and very clean, and with small and big extras (like parking and grocery) that make your stay easy and complete. The views are just amazing! First VRBO that we wished we could have just moved into. Owners Jeri and James are incredibly responsive and go the extra mile to ensure you know everything about the unit, the building, and the area. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need. We especially liked the spectacular views and spent a lot of time on the many decks. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Penthouse, clean, perfectly equipped, convenient, great doorstaff. Complete and scenic. View nearly as good as John Hancock. Convenient to everything. Full equipped kitchen. Room to move. Room to work. Room to relax.Administration is friendly but precise. It is a relaxing home to enjoy after days of meetings or sightseeing. It is NOT a party pad. Luxury and ideal location

Excellent communication with property manager and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was excellent and easy to walk to many sites, restaurants, etc. Spacious and clean and well stocked- would love to stay again.

Great Stay for a Business Trip

It was a great location and condo. Beautiful views of the city. Clean. Check in easy. Doormen/women were extremely helpful. Only downsides were 1) the pool was incredibly busy with adults standing around. No real room for my kids to swim so we never did. 2) the elevators- 3 were broken while we were there so it was pretty much always a long line

Our River North location makes exploring simple—Walk Score 100, Jewel-Osco in the building, and the Red Line (Grand) on the corner. On the pool: we note in our guide that weekdays are best (and mornings/early evenings) if you want open swim space. On elevators: during your dates one car was briefly under maintenance; the others were operating, but peak times can create lines in a high-rise. We’ve added a pre-arrival tip about timing for both amenities to help guests plan around busy periods. We appreciate the feedback and would love to welcome you back for a true Penthouse experience.

Incredible city views!

We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!
