The location and rental were great. Only issue is....they ask for all dishes to be clean and put away with the dishwasher empty. Make sure you check the dishes due to the fact they seemed to be only rinsed because food was left on them.

This is a very nice unit that is right on the beach. The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach which was what we wanted. Lots of extra beach chairs and supplies in the garage if needed. The included beach service was a great bonus. It's a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown activities. Neighbors are nice. The ocean views from the top 2 balconies was perfect. We would stay here again in the future.

The views from the bedroom balconies were amazing even when our stay was during potential hurricane weather. The neighbors were very friendly too. It was also very clean and well stocked, better than I had hoped.

This listing has spectacular views and an excellent location. The weekly umbrella & chair rental was a HUGE plus. The host responded quickly when needed. However, two factors led to a four star rating. First, the deck furniture on the main floor was dated to the point of nonfunctional. There were only two of four cloth dining chairs present during our stay, and one of those cloth chairs broke/tore during our stay. Second and more importantly, the primary bathroom is the smallest and most dated of the three. Two tall adults (6’ and 6’3”) did not fit together comfortably in the primary bathroom, and neither of us fit comfortably in the shower. Due to his height, my husband had to shower in one of the other available showers, which meant additional stair climbing. The primary bathroom desperately needs a standard sized double sink cabinet and a larger shower.

I'll start with the positives. The space was inviting and relaxing, the location was perfect, and the views were amazing. A ten minute or less walk to the Boardwalk, easy access to the beach, and it was great to have dedicated chairs and an umbrella everyday on the sand. Now to the not so great parts. First, we had issues when trying to pay for our booking that never really got solved, but we made work. As for the property itself, there were some downfalls. The listing states (and has pictures) that they provide bikes and beach equipment, which technically they did. What they failed to mention was that the equipment was all broken. Bikes felt as though they were going to fall apart with every bump, the boogie boards were broken, the pop up tent had no stakes so wasn't usable. We ended up leaving our boogie boards so the next guests would have some. Along with that, the bedroom on the top floor had a king sized bed, so as the two adults, we took that room. However, the shower is so incredibly small, that our 8 year old son would have been the only one small enough to use it and the water splashes out of the stale. The bedroom on the second floor with the queen bed had the best bathroom. We booked the property for 6 days and were only provided with one single trash bag and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I had to call the property management to request more on day 2 of our stay. I just felt like we paid a lot for what we thought we were getting and got shorted.

We had a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from all 3 balconies. We were able to walk to coffee shops and the boardwalk during our stay and our rental was nice and quiet. We would book here again.
