This newly furnished private condo is the perfect home base for your adventures in Moab. Upstairs are two private king suites, each with its own private bathroom and a TV in both rooms. (Cable is not connected. Guests can connect to their favorite streaming apps or watch the free TV stations.) Both master bedrooms have a sound machine to help reduce any outside noise. Downstairs is an open living area, dining area, full kitchen, and half bathroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper for additional guests and a 75" smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventuring! The washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hallway, and laundry detergent is provided for your use. Outside, you'll find two private patios, one at the front of the townhome with seating to admire the red rock views and a second patio at the back of the townhome with a gas grill and outdoor seating.
The townhome is 15 mins from Arches National Park, 45 mins from Canyonlands and Deadhorse State Park, and only 10 minutes to downtown Moab. The complex features two heated pools and a hot tub within a gated area. As well as a playground, tennis courts, and a picnic area.
Parking Two free parking spaces are available outside the townhome. Overflow parking for extra vehicles, RVs, trailers, etc., is located on Meador Drive.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your preferred shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. The washer and dryer are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) The unit features a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Coffee filters are provided for the regular coffee maker. Please bring the coffee of your choice! The outside patio features a gas grill with propane included.
Located near Highway 191 - While this prime location offers great convenience, please note that some road noise can be heard from the unit. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing earplugs or using a white noise or fan app on your mobile device.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before arrival date, will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals, is local in Moab and on-site.
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather-related issues, we are unable to provide refunds, as the HOA manages these amenities and is outside of our control.

Great place to stay. The place was clean and had everything you would need. It is right next to the highway and the semi trucks are loud. I did appreciate them having a sound machine in the bedroom and that did help with the noise of the traffic at night.

Great little place for two couples to hike Moab. Exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, great beds, great washer and dryer which are so important on hiking trip. Perfect location to hike all of the parks and still get into town for groceries or dinner. Great TV in living room to watch football. Lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Cute back patio. The management company communicated well before check in and their phone numbers were clearly available on the info sheet. Check out list was short and simple. Would absolutely rent again.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had almost every appliance, and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, and extra blankets and pillows. It was indeed noisy being right on the highway, so the sound machines and ear plugs were appreciated! There was plenty of room for a family of four to spread out and relax. It is convenient to Arches NP (about 20 minutes), Canyonlands NP (about 45 minutes), Potash Road (about 45 minutes to the far end), Capitol Reef NP (2.5 hours) and Moab. Nicole, the property manager, was very quick to respond to a small issue with one of the appliances. She was very friendly and remedied the problem quickly. There is not a Keurig, despite the description saying there is one, but it wasn't a problem. We just emptied our K Cups into the filter of the regular coffee pot. There are nice views from every window/door of the house. We would highly recommend checking out the dark sky and stars from the back patio! Overall, this is a very nice place for a family with young children to stay and use as a base camp for national park adventures. We would recommend it and we hope to stay again!
