Anastasiya sent friendly and timely messages to welcome us and make us feel at home. Finding the apartment and getting in were easy, and the available street parking was convenient.

Bathroom door lock broke and was stuck in bathroom for over an hour waiting for a maintenance guy to come. Then ended being late for an appointment. Then when asked about a partial refund got no reply.
