The property features four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Three bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds, while the fourth boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a sofa bed, providing ample space for relaxation. The spacious living room is designed for both entertainment and productivity, offering a selection of games and a dedicated desk area, ideal for remote work. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. This house is the perfect base for exploring the nearby national park.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire property, including all four bedrooms with queen beds and the fifth bedroom featuring a king bed and sofa bed. You'll also have access to the kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The garage is unavailable for guest use and is strictly for storage. Parking is provided in the designated areas, with extra parking available near the laundry room up the hill. Please be considerate of the long-term tenants and avoid blocking their access.

Getting around Three Rivers is easiest by car, as ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are not available. We offer free parking on the premises and on the street. Major airports are a drive away, so please plan accordingly. For any other travel questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Please note that the washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry room. The outdoor pool is seasonal and not heated; please inquire about availability if this is a concern. Garage access is not provided. The property is situated at the Sequoia Motel, offering a convenient location. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
