Your private living quarters are designed for comfort and convenience. Each separate unit includes:
* A comfortable King bed
* A full-size Murphy bed for extra guests
* A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals
* An in-unit washer and dryer
* A spacious, contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower

The heart of the property is the incredible shared recreation space. Challenge your friends to a match on one of two regulation pickleball courts—one indoor court for year-round play and one outdoor court. After the game, unwind in the expansive entertainment area, which features:
* Bar style seating and a beer tap (BYOB)
* A comfortable lounge area with a large sectional sofa
* A poker table for game nights
* Ping pong and foosball tables

We respect our guests' privacy but are available should you need anything. We can be reached via the booking platform or by phone throughout your stay. We live nearby and can assist with any urgent matters, but we will not be present on the property unless requested.

Hot Tub Rules
Shower Before Use - Please rinse off before entering to help keep the water clean and clear.
No Glass Near the Hot Tub | Use plastic or metal containers only. Broken glass in or near the tub is a serious safety hazard.
Limit Soak Time | For your health and safety, limit hot tub sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time.
No Children Without Supervision | Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
Keep the Cover On When Not in Use | Replace the cover after each use to maintain water temperature and prevent debris.
No Lotions, Oils, or Hair Products | These clog filters and cloud the water. Avoid entering the tub with any on your skin or hair.
No Diving or Rough Play | This includes splashing, jumping, or horseplay. The hot tub is for relaxing, not pool games.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 People | Do not exceed this limit for both safety and water quality.
Do Not Adjust the Settings | The temperature and filtration systems are preset. If you think something's off, let us know.
Use at Your Own Risk | If you have health concerns (e.g., heart conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure), please consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
