According to the relevant laws of Thailand, all guests staying at the property are required to register their passports and provide copies of valid passports to check-in host upon arrival for legal reporting and accommodation registration.

HOUSE RULES:

Quiet Times
We are located in a residential community. Therefore, we ask that you maintain quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music, noise, or disruptive behavior during these hours.

Breakages
We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care during your stay. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in a fee to cover repair or replacement costs. To ensure the safety of our beautiful onsen home and its amenities, a refundable security deposit of ฿25,000 is required upon arrival. This deposit covers any accidental damage or missing items during your stay.The deposit will be collected via bank transfer at least 3 days prior to your stay or cash upon check-in and refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage is found.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A penalty of 8,000THB will apply for odor removal or damage. You are ONLY allowed to smoke in the street area.

Pets Policy
Please note that pets are strictly not allowed inside or anywhere around the home. Thank you for your cooperation.”

Events/Parties Policy
Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

No Drugs or Illegal Activity
Use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported.

No Unregistered Guests
Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No overnight visitors or outside guests.

Cleanliness Required Upon Checkout
Please wash used dishes, throw out garbage, Strip any used beds and gather used towels, and leave the space tidy. Excessive mess will incur an extra cleaning fee.
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks. Before checking out and leaving, you must turn off the lights, turn off all of the AC units, lock the doors, and lock the gate.

Treat Our House As Your Own
Overall, we just ask that you treat our house as if it was your own. We know you may be on vacation and want you to enjoy yourself but please be respectful of the accommodations we’ve created for you.

Please Note:

We have carefully taken inventory of all items provided in the home to ensure your stay is comfortable and well-equipped.

Please note that any missing, damaged, or removed items will incur a replacement fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit or claimed through VRBO if necessary.

We appreciate your care and understanding in helping us maintain a high standard for all our guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do Not Move Furniture
Please do not rearrange or move furniture without prior approval.

24hr CCTV Security Cameras on Site
For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are in use. Tampering with them is strictly prohibited.

There is also a 24hr community watch guard surveilling the neighborhood.
